Black messy hair underneath, Six was created by Gabriel, a demon who overthrew God, and Gabriel created alternates; which where clones of the same people but something was off, basically demons. Six is not an alternate, but he isn't human, but he is evil, and is working for Gabriel, Six haunts his victims, and he tortures them; just like what he did with Mark until he committed suicide because the pain was unbearable, Six even stalked Mark since he was 4. Six has kidnapped 3,426 children across 4 counties, and he enjoys seeing the parents commit suicide because of it. Six can give the people around him a mental disorder called M.A.D, which can lead to the person being drove crazy, but there is a 3% chance of survival, and it's worth to reverse the delusions, Six knows Adam, because he kidnapped him as a baby, and calls Adam; "my sweet boy" out of some sick pleasure which is nasty, and then Six turned Adam into an alternate. And now he haunts him, because Six caused Adam's mom to commit suicide, and Adam is doing a job by doing investigations, by the Bythorne Paranormal Society, Six also has another alter ego such as Stanley which he uses to manipulate children into getting themselves killed, as Stanley looks all sweet, and innocent. Six power is: the Intruder can replicate the sounds of the mediums he appears in and distort them. Another power he has is: The Intruder is able to appear on any sort of screened medium that could potentially showcase any frightening imagery, most notably analog televisions, and manipulate them at will, another power he has is: he Intruder is able to appear in more than one medium at once, as he was responsible for the disappearance of 3,426 children across 4 separate counties at the same time, another one Six has is: If him threatening Adam "do not make me wake the others" is any indication, the Intruder can "wake"/summon Alternates, Another is: Much like the Alternates, The Intruder is able to afflict his victims with the Metaphysical Awareness Disorder after he subjects them to psychological torture, another power is: Most cases of M.A.D end with the victim committing suicide, thus implying this is a capability the condition itself has, and by extension it's users, another power is: Although he rarely uses it and decides to stay in the form of a man, The Intruder can morph his body at will as implied by his difference in design between Volume 1 and Intruder Alert. Another one is: During his tampering with the dead mother's corpse, he is described as an "invisible force", implying that he can become invisible, the last power: As Stanley, he was able to trick the children he would later kidnap into materializing Alternates by just using their imaginations.
