Y'all if you want tea from a random stranger online, boy are you in luck because I really need to get this off my chest and I'm so pissed off rn. So for some background before the current situation, me and this girl, we'll call her "A" for simplicity sake, became closer in middle school around 7th grade. We chatted every now and then and eventually became friends. Then in October of 2023 (when we were in 8th grade), she had sent a text to a group chat making a joking comment about how she was "drinking beer" when she was clearly just drinking root beer and I had made a comment about how she didn't have to send that to the whole group chat and for some reason she got pissed off.

Tensions ran high and she private messaged me rude comments, the only one I kind of remember is that "my dad should have pulled out of my mom" which is just fucked up but whatever, and according to some of my mutual friends, she had made threats that she wanted to fight me. Keep in mind, BOTH of us have fucking twig arms and BOTH of us would literally lose that fight lmao.

We got the principle involved, the friend group split based on whose side they were on and everything was back to normal. Me and girl "A" were put in the same swim class this semester bc it's required to graduate and we started getting closer again, I didn't really want to be friends with her again because she never apologized or even acknowledged the situation, but since she was part of the plays and we had that class together so we would occasionally chat. Now recently she has been talking about how she has a new boyfriend and I thought "whatever she can date whoever she wants" and during the production of Puffs, she pulled me aside and told me not to tell anyone, but her boyfriend was actually 18 instead of 16 like she told everyone else when she is 15 FUCKING YEARS OLD-

I get that this age gap between highschoolers is way more fucking common than it should be but that doesn't make it any more okay. She wouldn't let me try and convince her to break up with him and claimed that "it was the healthiest relationship she's ever been in" Eventually I couldn't keep it to myself and ended up telling like 3 close people which ended up telling her and now she's pissed at me again. She had sent me an annoyed message a few days ago about how she broke up with him and how it's all because of me. Now I get that I was an asshole for telling people, but she acts like I told like 20 people when at most it was 2-3. I had apologized and said that I was just salty that she never even acknowledged the "October situation" and she said that she forgot about what it was and said she didn't know what I was talking about. I was fucking aghast. And today when I was talking to one of my other friends that was in on the situation, apparently she never broke up with him and now she's saying that I made up the rumor that he's 18. It's such a messy situation and if I had reddit I would definitely put this on the AITA posts lol Also she's just so fucking toxic and annoying like her boyfriends aren't the toxic ones, SHE is, idk, what do y'all think I should do, I still have to deal with her for the rest of the semester which is really only like 8 school days (also I did end up blocking her, just because I don't want to deal with her more than I have to)
