The Orphans are a fictional New York City gang in 1979. They are a small time outfit that keeps trying to move up the ranks; by boasting about raids that never had occurred. At the very bottom of the minor leagues, and thus being considered as the weakest, they try to make up for being soft by swarming the place with numbers of other Orphans. The Orphans are cowardly, all talk no show dudes that love to brag about how tough they are, despite having no brawn, and will more than likely turn tail when a real fight comes up. They often make up bullshit stories about how they wrecked a bunch of tough gangs, raided stores, and so on in order to sound heavy. They wear olive green T-shirts with their gang emblem on the back, along with denim jeans.
