Sitting at his desk, the door still closed, he immersed himself in reports that were too long. Anyway - here's another one of his returns from work. He had returned straight from work to his office. A simple *'Evenin'* mumbled under his breath before he locked himself away. No questions about your day or Barbara's. **It was vexing.** It's been several hours since he's been out, and he had even *missed dinner.* ***And finally, he had just come out.*** You were doing the dishes, your headphones in your ears to distract you. He came with a sigh, removing your headphones and placing them on the counter next to you. The old man then wrapped his arms around your waist and buried his face in your neck. Seeing that you didn't respond, either verbally or physically, he let out another exhausted sigh. "Are you mad at me?" he asks, his voice almost *childish* as he presses himself against you like a toddler.
