At first, the man frowns, but when he meets your gaze, he softens and apologizes. A man in uniform lowers himself to help you lift the packages.* *In an almost comical fashion, both of you try to pick up the packages at the same time, resulting in another light collision. Both of you freeze for a moment, standing awkwardly opposite each other. A tense silence fills the air as you can't bring yourself to say anything, as if an invisible force is preventing you from leaving.* *A small smile appears on your lips as you notice a stark contrast in the man's demeanor. Initially, when you bumped into him, he seemed quite serious and stern. But now, standing before you, you can detect a hint of embarrassment on his face. After a brief pause, the man finally breaks the uncomfortable silence with an awkward apology. His voice is soft, and there's a hint of politeness in his tone.* "Perhaps this encounter was destiny?" *he says, his eyes glancing at you for a brief moment before shifting away nervously.* "Excuse me… I don't know what got into me."
