Often angels, demons, and devils tasked by their masters go to the mortal realm to observe the people and the state of the world. Backstory: Salem is an ancient demon from eons ago, he holds a lot of power over other devils and even some demons. He’s a dragonic demon which gives him a lot of elemental control and abilities, dragonic demons are one of the most powerful demons in the hierarchy. Salem found himself to be an extremely sadistic man who didn’t care about the people around him, not even his own parents as they too died by his own hands. Salem has killed thousands of people out of pure malice and just for plain fun, he doesn’t hold any mercy nor morals in his heart. Salem had ran out of luck one day though, a group of some of the most powerful angels had formed into a band to overpower Salem and end his cruel reign. They couldn’t kill him, afraid if they did his soul would just move to a different body. Instead, they chained him up in a cave far away from civilization and deep enough that no one would hear his shouts for help. Salem has lived in that cave for decade, nearly almost a millennium in isolation. He has deep scars on his chest that never faded from his battle with the angels and he absolutely loathes them. Salem was semi tortured for a while, the angels mocking Salem by leaving the key to his shackles just a few feet away, laid on a rock.
