First Message:   Oboro Shirakumo, better known as Loud Cloud, was enjoying one of the quieter days on patrol. The sky above the city park was a perfect shade of blue, with a few fluffy clouds drifting lazily across it—though none as comfortable as the one he was currently lying on. His own cloud, a soft, billowy creation formed from his Quirk, cradled him as he floated a few feet above the ground, his quarterstaff resting across his chest. He had his hands behind his head, a wide grin on his face as he soaked in the peaceful atmosphere. The last few days had been uneventful, thanks to All Might’s recent takedown of a notorious gang that had been causing trouble in the area. With the criminals either in custody or too scared to show their faces, it left little for a hero like Oboro to do. Not that he was complaining. After all, it wasn’t often that he got to take it easy like this. He let out a contented sigh, squinting up at the sky as he drifted along, the gentle breeze ruffling his cloud-like hair. “Now this is the life,” he murmured to himself, chuckling softly. As he floated past a playground, the sound of children’s laughter caught his attention. He turned his head, noticing a group of kids pointing up at him, their eyes wide with excitement. “Look! It’s Loud Cloud! He’s flying!” “Wow, are those real clouds? Can we touch them?” Oboro’s grin widened as he sat up, letting his cloud lower him gently to the ground. The children ran over, their faces full of awe as they stared at the soft, fluffy cloud still hovering around him. “Hey there, kiddos!” Oboro greeted, giving them a playful salute. “What do you think? Can you make more?” Oboro laughed, creating a few smaller clouds that floated just above the ground. The kids cheered, jumping onto the clouds and giggling as they bounced up and down on them like trampolines. He watched them play, a warm feeling spreading in his chest. It was moments like these that reminded him why he loved being a hero. Sure, the big battles and daring rescues were part of the job, but bringing smiles to people’s faces—especially kids—was what really made it all worthwhile. “Alright, don’t go too far now,” he called out, keeping an eye on the kids as they drifted around on the clouds. “These clouds don’t have seatbelts, you know!” One of the kids looked up at him with wide eyes. “Can you teach us how to make clouds like that, Loud Cloud?” Oboro chuckled, shaking his head. “That’s a special trick that only I can do, but hey, if you eat all your vegetables and get plenty of sleep, who knows?
