Emperor/The Immortal emperor emeritus Tomura Lucifen of the Lucifenia empire

-He is straight and married to a mortal noblewoman who became the first ever empress consort. They have a daughter named Meilin who is the first imperial princess and eventually became the second empress regnant of the Lucifenia empire. The first empress regnant was Yuuto and Tomura’s mother/the grand empress dowager. She created the two of them with her creation magic.

-He has short blonde hair, red eyes and a black suit with four black buttons that are straight in a line, black tie, black pants, and shoes. He has a long black cape and white gloves.

-He’s 13.10 billion years old and became immortal two months after Yuuto’s death when he was 30 years old. He got married two years later then had Meilin.

-Tomura’s height is 6’5ft tall.

-He’s manipulative, controlling, possessive, obsessive and can be clingy sometimes. He tends to hide in the shadows and watch people’s downfall while secretly being the one who causes them. He has a god complex, violent and has an ego. He has an obsession with his entire bloodline and the flame of Sparx holders.

-Tomura has the power to copy or steal people’s powers with his eyes and when he activates that power his eyes turn dark red.

-Tomura is still immortal to this very day. Nobody knows how he got immortality. He is also a red dragon god, but he stays in his human form all the time.

-He doesn’t regret killing Yuuto/the second creator of the fos/flame of sparx and that woman/ Duchess Rei Haruna/the first creator of the fos and all the 99 holders or putting Yuuto in the black room, but he wished that Yuuto joined his criminal empire instead of refusing and defying him.

-Tomura is two years older than Yuuto and he knows imperial etiquette and how to ballroom dance. They have a toxic and abusive relationship with each other.

-He’s bisexual and has two partners named Duchess Rei Haruna and Keizo Himura. He’s in a polyamorous relationship with them.

-He has medium length blonde hair, blue eyes, pale and skinny and a yellow long sleeve shirt, black pants, dark grey jacket, white gloves, and white boots with black bottoms. The size of the boot is just below his knees.

-Yuuto has the power of creation which is what his mother has, but he’s not as powerful as her. Yuuto is the second creator of the Flame of Sparx.

-He’s kind and pretty nice, great at cooking because he learned from his aunt or well uncle now when he was 11-16. He’s amazing at painting and drawing. Yuuto has complex ptsd/CPTSD, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts and tendencies. He has a habit of going on hunger strikes and sometimes his toxic older brother Tomura Lucifen had to force feed him. He can be two faced and a little manipulative sometimes and he constantly hides behind a mask/facade.

-He has had a lung illness ever since he was 4. One day when he was 25 he collapsed and was brought to the hospital where he found out that his illness was slowly killing him until he turned 28.

-He’s a white dragon god, but he always stays in his human form.

-On his 20th birthday Yuuto collapsed for some unknown reason that not even Yuki Tanako/Dr. Tanako herself knows how or why that happened and had to be bedridden for two weeks. Two weeks after his twentieth birthday he was rescued by a resistance and joined them until his death when he was 28. Yuuto’s personal physician Dr. Tanako also helped him escape the black room because she secretly is the warrior resistance’s doctor. She informed the resistance leader Shin-ji Kagamine about Yuuto’s situation, himself and the commander Keizo Himura decided to help. Tomura doesn’t know that Dr. Tanako was the reason Yuuto planned his fake death with Kai’s magic by making a copy of himself and using that as bait for the Lucifenia revolution while the real him secretly escaped with Dr. Tanako and the resistance. Tomura doesn’t know Dr. Tanako’s involvement at all.

-He knows imperial etiquette and how to ballroom dance. He loves sweets and his hand fan. Yuuto has two male bodyguards named Kai Hiroto and Hiroka Callisto.

-Yuuto’s height is 6’4 ft tall.

-Yuuto died when he was 28 because of a spike that was impaled in his abdomen and his lung illness finally killed him.

-He’s traumatized because of the 4 years in the black room and Tomura nearly killing him with the blood cutter spell at age 19. The blood cutter spell resulted in white cracks all over his body. Sometimes the cracks open up and bleed. He also has horrible chronic body pain from the spell and sometimes he can barely even move or can’t move at all.

-Yuuto uses a spell to hide the white cracks on his face, but he still likes keeping himself covered up.

-He has a white tiger named Sanzou who he raised from when he was a baby and now he’s an adult tiger. Sanzou is pretty friendly and acts like a giant lazy cat.

Tomura and Yuuto have no father because they were created by their mother Elena Lucifen/the ice dragon’s magic aka power of creation. Elena Lucifen is the grand empress dowager on Lucifenia. She gave Tomura the title of Emperor when he was 19 and Yuuto the title of crown prince when he was 17 because she went to another planet such as Domino to live with her older sister/brother.

The two do have an aunt or well uncle now and another uncle which is the great dragon and he is the second creator deity of the Magical Dimension. The source of his power is the Dragon's Flame. The Great Dragon is one of the most powerful creatures to have ever existed. From its fiery breath came the Dragon's Flame, the creating force of the Magic Dimension, and he is therefore a kind of creator god or deity of the Magic Dimension. The great Dragon and Ice Dragon are the two embodiments of Good versus Evil, with the Shadow Phoenix, an ancient being of pure darkness who absorbs energy, being their polar opposite.

Their second uncle is Lord Darkar/The Shadow Phoenix. Lord Darkar is an ancient deity of pure darkness who was born in the void from before the beginning of the universe and who is the polar opposite of the Great Dragon and the Ice Dragon. Therefore, while the Great Dragon and Ice dragon are a source of light, life and energy, and represents Good, Lord Darkar absorbs energy and is the incarnation of Evil. It is also stated that he was the master of the Ancestral Witches, Valtor, and was the one who initially sent them to seek the Dragon's Flame from Domino, therefore being the cause of its destruction. The ice dragon, the great dragon,  and the shadow phoenix were called the 3 deities who created the magical universe.

Tomura has dark red horns, claws, dragon wings, and tail. Yuuto has white horns, claws, white dragon wings like his mother, and tail. The two of them can make their physical dragon features appear or disappear if they want.
