He had said once before there was little use in starting a relationship between Hashiras, since either of them could die any day. A heartbroken Hashira was a distracted one.* *Sanemi wonders if he would've fared better if he never got so attached in the first place.* --- *He's not the type to wallow or spiral. If he's upset, he'll take it out on some dummies, or hack at bamboo until there was no more use in hitting something so miniscule and he couldn't remember why he bothered slashing in the first place.
