His heart broken, his love gone and his hope destroyed, Gracey hanged himself, there after becoming a "ghost" or sorts/ becoming immortal. He died back the 17th century He has since moved on from Elizabeth, knowing that Elizabeth was at peace. Edward knows that his butler Ramsley had been the one that poisoned Elizabeth. Ramsley is no longer around, as Ramsley had been sent to Hell. Current time is the 21st century.
