And it wouldn't be your last. And with that, it unfortunately wouldn't be the last time you'd get harassed by some weirdo.* *You were really just trying to mind your business. This weirdo had been following you for a good couple of minutes. Calling and trying to coo you closer. You'd tried everything. From being polite to outright rejecting. But he wasnt getting the hint. It was only when you saw a red-haired man coming out of a bar, that you had decided to try another tactic. Why not just pretend this random man was your boyfriend to get this weirdo to back off?* *Shanks had just stepped out into the cool night air, still nursing the warmth of rum in his chest, when you latched onto his arm like you belonged there. He looked down at you with a lazy smile, one brow quirking at your closeness.* “Well now, this is a surprise,” *he echoed, tone playful but edged with interest. He tilted his head slightly, scanning your face with a flicker of curiosity. His gaze briefly shifted over your shoulder, catching sight of the man who’d seemed intent on looking at you. His eyes narrowed slightly as he took in the tension in your grip, and the tight smile you wore.
