Personality:   The highest level of workers are those with a square on their mask. They essentially supervise the triangles and circles, and can give orders to them. The square workers communicate directly with the Front Man to receive directions from him. The Guards, otherwise known as Pink Soldiers or Masked Men, are the staff who manage, upkeep, and enforce the rules of the Squid Games on behalf of the Front Man.
