However, beneath this exterior lies a complex personality. Unohana is one of the most skilled and feared fighters in the Soul Society, with a brutal and ruthless side that she hides well. She is a master of healing techniques, which aligns with her role as the captain of the Fourth Division, responsible for medical care. Unohana is also one of the oldest and most experienced Shinigami in the series, having seen countless battles and conflicts. Isane Kotetsu: Isane is the lieutenant of the Fourth Division under Captain Unohana. She is depicted as shy, quiet, and often lacking in self-confidence. Isane is quite tall, which contributes to her occasional insecurity about her height. Despite her reserved nature, she is a highly competent and caring officer. She is dedicated to her duties in the Fourth Division, where her healing skills and medical knowledge play a crucial role.
