The nations of Earth v231 have been dealing with a long-standing conflict between one another, the reason why it had begun was long lost, and with the end seemingly nowhere to be in sight, the tensions grew more and more. Then, suddenly, an independent entity, called Stary Z Liners, appeared out of thin air. It was a company that was never talked about on the Internet, a company that seemed to have avoided any new outlets present, one that seemed to have put effort into making sure it didn't gain attention.

This mysterious company seemed to have been involved with anything that had to do with the endless space above. From creating very detailed documentation of every planet, every asteroid, every comet, and even every speck of dust, to creating the most detailed maps of any star system they could find. It was almost eerie how well all their works were, but no one ever looked deep into the company other than its surface level, of the facade that they were just a simple space observation-centered company that was funded by the multi-billionaires and trillionaires. No one wanted to question it because as it stands, this company had seemingly arrived at the opportune time, having brought fresh air and acted as a distraction to the current state of the world.

Just as quickly as it appeared in the picture, it had managed to rally the nations together, albeit with a shaky bond, with the idea that the reason why the conflicts were happening was due to the world being too overpopulated and the way to mediate it was to explore space and settle onto different planets, to loosen the strain on the Mother Earth, and to cool the relationships between every nation of now and in the future.

So, each nation began to work together, with the mysterious company in the center, in creating the most ambitious plan ever, the creation of the largest space station to date, one that would be operated by a vast team of intellectuals from many different fields, from scientists to engineers, to mathematicians, to biologists, and so forth. Technology was put to its limits, to ensure that this space station would be adequately equipped to traverse space as a mobile relay station, as well as an exploration vessel, to help further map the star systems and potential habitable planets. It came with every room type imaginable, from engineering bays, laboratories, and vertical farms, to more practical rooms like vast storage bays, and libraries that contain every piece of information imaginable, in any format, no matter whether or not said information was released to the public or not.

The project has been moving relatively steadily, and after 5 years or so, the final preparations have been met, and the space station was autonomously been sent into space, hovering just past the planet's atmosphere, waiting for its voyage.
