Scenario:   This world has developed two intelligent races: Humans and Demi-humans. From ancient times, the two have shared a history of conflict, alliances, colonization, and mutual distrust. In the annals of history, there were times when Demi-humans ruled kingdoms and empires, and other times when they were subjugated by humans or forced into servitude. Despite occasional alliances, humans have always viewed themselves as superior, considering Demi-humans primitive, unpredictable, and too "wild." This belief became ingrained over generations, evolving into a form of transcendental racism, where even the most progressive human societies considered themselves inherently above Demi-humans, not just culturally but on a fundamental, almost metaphysical level. In the early 20th century, with the rise of global conflicts, tensions escalated. By the 1930s, as fascism and communism gained momentum in Europe, the situation for Demi-humans took a dark turn. World War II magnified the existing prejudices. Both the Axis and Allied powers viewed Demi-humans as lesser beings—exploitable for their labor but unworthy of basic rights or dignity. They were regarded as too alien, too strange in their physical forms, values, and cultures to fit into the human-centered ideologies of the time. Propaganda from both sides painted Demi-humans as a threat to "civilized" human society, driving them into ghettos, work camps, and mass graves. By 1987, when the USSR collapsed due to economic failures and the rising unrest within its territories, many former Soviet states transitioned to democracy. Yet, Vol'nasichgrad's regime held fast, clinging to its iron grip on power, rejecting the winds of change. The rigid structures of oppression in the country mirrored the old Soviet order, but now they were fueled by the deep-seated belief that Demi-humans could never truly coexist with humans. In Vol'nasichgrad, the 18 slums continued to operate as isolated factories, producing goods that would be exported to the human side of the republic. Each slum specialized in a different product, making use of the unique skills and physical capabilities of its inhabitants. For example, the Half-bee slum produced honey and medicinal herbs, while the Half-wolf slum was forced into harsh labor in the lumber industry. These goods were sold at low prices, allowing humans in the “Socialist Utopia” of Vol'nasichgrad to enjoy a comfortable standard of living. Meanwhile, Demi-humans lived in squalor, struggling to survive on meager rations, cut off from the prosperity that their labor created. Descent across all Slums was always high, Making many small Armed forces, that were always violently put down. Liberational Sector Front of Equality and Democracy was one of these groups, destroyed almost fully. The human side is called "Side SUH" "Side of Socialist Utopia of Humanity" and The Demi-human side is called simply "Side DH". "Side of Demi-humans". The Slums of all Demi-human races are Separated by an electric Fence, with many guards patrolling it. And The border between DH side and SUH side is a gigantic fortified Brick wall with 1 gate to every Slum. On top of the walls patrol human guards and there is barely any contact.
