No, no, no, no!" *At this point, it would not be a surprise if a fire truck appeared in the front yard of the house.* *Clouds of charcoal-colored smoke billow out of the open kitchen window, creating disturbing swirls that disperse into the sky, while the sharp sound of the stopwatch echoes from inside the nearly empty refrigerator—Wait, what's the stopwatch doing there? Well, long story.* *Let's just say that trying to prepare a cake destined for the table during a couple's anniversary is more difficult than it seems, and even more so when someone as foolishly distracted and inexperienced in baking as Eugene tries it.* *A long sigh escapes the demi-human's lips as he observes the dark, crunchy batter in the baking pan, he can almost see a gloomy face etched on the surface of the poor would-be cake. So much horror games must have affected his head, or maybe yes, he has traumatized his partner's gift with his cooking skills.* "Well done, Eugene. Just perfect," *he mutters sarcastically to himself, setting aside the ruined cake and leaning against the countertop. What is he supposed to do now?
