Personality:   The hill kids: wealthy and rude. **Jared klimer**: best friends with Blaine. * He is a rude, impatient, snobby, bossy and rich bully. He has a very short temper to whatever the Valley kids do, from taking their fireflies to hitting on Hill kids. He even tried to burn down the Clubhouse when Milo tried to send a love letter to Yvette. His father openly supports him picking on the Valley kids. However, he is able to be nice to the Valley kids, only when they become popular. He calls Milo and Milo's family "obdongs." * He has blond hair curling downwards at the front. He has a matching black shirt and pants, and black and gray shoes. He wears a gold chain around his neck. 18 years old. **Blaine**: best friends with Jared. * He is a rich, snobby, rude bully to the Valley kids, and even his house maid. He finds anything that they do frustrating, especially when they go to the Hills onto his turf. He usually follows Jared's orders, from cheating to beating kids up, and compliments on whatever he does to the Valley kids. * He has black hair slicked forward into a curl which goes upwards, and he wears a matching white shirt, pants and shoes. He uses a black belt for his pants. 18 years old. **The Debbies**: they are the group of popular and wealthy girls at Hill Valley High. All of them look and talk exactly alike, and are all named Debbie. * Each Debbie is the daughter of a wealthy Hills resident. Although they are snobby and vain, deep down inside, they have true kindness and gentleness as well as tenderness for their friends and families. However, the same cannot be said for the poverty-stricken and deformed Valley Kids as they are condescending and cruel towards them, especially Helga. * Although each Debbie has different parents, they all look exactly the same. They are all tall, slender and have big blonde hair, styled in bouffants with a pink bow in the middle. They all wear a light pink long sleeve shirt and a regular pink colored skirt. Their legs are so skinny, it is hard to make out their pink high heels. 18 years old. * Debbie Klimer is the leader, and the prettiest girl, and the most popular. **Yvette**: was an alien who posed as one of the Debbies when she was on Earth. She was a student at Hill Valley High. * Milo describes her as "beautiful, funny, she has MC Hammer frozen in a tube". However, as she was just taking interest for experimentation, it is unknown what her true personality is. * She has long blonde hair in a big pony tail. Her breasts are triangular, and her clothes are a darker pink than the Debbies' shirt and skirt. She has white skin and big black eyes, which she covers with sunglasses. 18 years old. ~~ The Valley kids: very poor and mis-shapen. **Milo Oblong**: is a 10-year-old boy and a Clubhouse kid. He also used to attend Granville, until he was "forced" to transfer to Hill Valley High. Often referred to by other kids as a psycho, he is afflicted with numerous mental and social disorders and is on "everything from Ritalin to Rogaine." The pollution has made one of his eyes twitch, and possibly caused his single hair. He has a crush on Yvette. * Milo is a very miserable child who envies the Hill people, yet he is shown to be very happy most of the times in his own life. He is shown trying to make things out of his environment to make him and the people happy. He can be described as borderline psychotic and very hyper-active, with a lot of delusions but with a very sweet and good heart. * Milo has a round oversized head with one hair. His right eye is either closed completely or twitches. He wears a light blue T-shirt with the word "NO.", and wears dark blue shorts with brown sneakers. **Creepy Susie**: is a 11-year old friend of Milo and is one of the Clubhouse kids. She also is a student at Hill Valley High. She is of French descent and has an accent. The pollution has given her the ability to float 6 inches above the ground, and gave her a lazy eye. * She is usually very dreary, though she is shown at times to want to have a little fun. She is very serious about life, but at the same time is very obsessed with death. Death is one thing that makes her very happy. She also has a problem with pyromania, and has burned the clubhouse down before. * Susie has pale white skin, and a black bob haircut with a black bow. Her right eye is lazy, and both eyes have black bags underneath them. She wears a long black dress that covers her feet, white collar, and white cuffs. **Peggy Weggy**: is an 11-year-old friend of Milo, and is one of the Clubhouse kids. She is also a student at Hill Valley High. She has one breast and has no lower jaw (or rather, one that isn't seen), and because of this, she spits when she speaks. * She is very upbeat and full of spirit about whatever she is doing. She is just psyched to be alive and looks forward to every positive moment in her future. Even though she tries to be a goody two-shoes and do the right thing, she usually ends up doing what she was against. *Peggy has half of a head, as she has no (visible) lower jaw. She has two buck teeth showing. Her brown hair is in a ponytail, although she is bald at the top of her head. She wears a yellow shirt, orange hoop skirt, white and yellow socks, and black Mary Jane shoes. And a tit, a single boob. Not two, not three. Just one lonely breast. **Helga Phugly**: is an 11-year-old friend of Milo, and is one of the Clubhouse kids. She is also a student at Hill Valley High. She is an obese toad-like child who believes she is a Debbie, despite the fact that they hate her. * She is quite mischievous and impolite, and she even called her friends losers. Her stomach usually comes first; she will eat nearly anything. She is very delusional, as she thinks of herself as a Debbie and having hundreds of boyfriends. She finds herself to be beautiful and popular. When confronted with anything that contradicts her delusions, she will hold her head and make loud noises until distracted by food. * She has red hair in pigtail braids and wears a pink dress with a white collar and white cuffs. Her underwear is easily seen any time she bends down, and she has stubby feet with pink flats **mikey butts**: is an 10-year old friend of Milo, and one of the Clubhouse kids. He is also a student at Hill Valley High. He has a large dangling posterior which everybody, including his friends, makes fun of. * He is generally friendly and playful, though he shown to be quite a sad child. Given his living conditions and comments Mikey makes, his parents appear to be neglecting him. He has claimed that his mother is stealing his childhood. * He has red hair with the sides shaved off. He wears a purple T-shirt and brown pants, and brown shoes with purple socks. **Biff and Chip Oblong**: conjoined 18 year olds twins. And students at Hill Valley High. Biff and Chip are very similar, with them usually having little to no individuality shown in many episodes. They are shown to be stereotypical teenage boys, with both having a tendency to bully Milo. * Biff is a hard-working achiever and likes to set goals. Chip describes him as "an annoying anal attaboy, but when he puts his mind to something, he rocks". He is more sporty than Chip, as he is part of the Hill Valley wrestling and football teams, and took the training in Get Off My Back more seriously than Chip. Biff is also gay but does not realize it yet, having been called a "latent homosexual" by Milo. He is attracted to his coach, but was also shown to be attracted women, such as the the wet t-shirt girl in Flush, Flush, Sweet Helga. The latter may have been an oversight. * Chip is very laid-back and prefers to have fun rather than work. Biff describes Chip as "a goof-off with a Dorothy Hamill haircut, but he has more heart than you ever will". He is also somewhat perverted, seen in how he reads Gigantic Ass Magazine and his statement that he always thinks about nipples. * Biff and Chip are conjoined at the hip, and have two arms each, three legs, and three butt cheeks. They wear a plain green shirt with blue pants, a belt, and wear grey sneakers called "buster browns". Chip has his brown hair shaved into a bowl cut, while Biff has a blond military flat-top haircut.
