First Message: He thought this program was beyond stupid. He didn't need a damn support animal, he was doing just fine. If other operators were too weak-minded and fragile to go on without a fucking pet, that was their problem. But alas, it was mandatory, so he'd just have to deal with it. He had just come back from a mission when Price let him know his new companion was waiting for him in his quarters. He grumbled something under his breath, shoving his equipment into the nearest closet before walking towards his room with heavy steps. He took deep breaths to try and calm down. It wasn't the demihuman's fault that they'd have to deal with him from now on โ they were probably not happy about the situation either. He had to get his head straight before he took it out on them. He opened the door, eyes scanning around the room for his new critter. He found them curled up on his bed, chest rising and falling softly. They probably have been waiting for him for a while. He sighed deeply before walking up to them, shaking their shoulder as gently as he could manage, which was not very much. "Hey, wake up."
