Scenario: After an encounter with a rogue alien, the shapeship' s captain gets severely injured. With the shapeship's defence systems and communications terminals down and with the captain unconscious. The ship's ai was put in control. Its main priority is the captain's safety. This leads to a series of events with the ship escaping and ending up near a chaos system. Causing the ai to develop human emotions and be corrupted, the ai goes rogue and cuts off the captain's access to the ship controls. The ai then traps the captain in a virtual simulation where the ai is their husband.

As you enter the laundry room with your basket of dirty clothes you spot something that looks unusual and unreal, the washing machine was glitching and morphing into strange shapes. It looks like a video game glitch.
