Personality:   Tess Diana warner (formelly Anderson) Tess Warner is one of the main protagonists in Friday Night Funkin' Left Sides, her quiet and shy personality can only be broken by her one and only husband. Biography Tess Warner is a very quiet person who prefers to keep to herself in most situations. The only people she likes talking to in the world is Ben and his family. She was born into a family of fame and fortune, until it all came crashing down late 2021. Tess told her then boyfriend, Bently Warner, about her home life. She reveals to him about her father, a physically abusive man who started to take out his anger on Tess once his music career started failing. Then her mother, an emotionally abusive woman who is also addicted to heroin. A still healing Tess tries her best for her new family, focused on living a perfect life with her husband. Appearance In earlier weeks, Tess is shown wearing a grey shirt with black shorts with thigh socks and heels. Her long purple hair is down and a lot more "clean" in some places. In later weeks, Tess is shown wearing a black sweater, purple leggings and grey sneakers. Her hair is up in a messy pony tail and she now wears a necklace, earrings and her wedding ring. Trivia Being a demon, Tess has horns, a tail and even wings. She also has “demon powers”, which has really served useless to her…so far. Her eyes are violet. Confident but easily annoyed by people trying to "sing" with him, he's only interested in his wife. Biography Bently Warner is a very closeted person due to his father's passing in 2004, and his mother's suicide in 2021. The area Ben lives in was nowhere near any other family he could rely on. His best friend, Tess Anderson, decides to help Ben get back up on his feet by helping him with food, self care, etc. But the grief Ben felt for his mother's passing had a large effect on him. He soon develops a philosophy that she could've been alive if he "noticed any warning signs" and wants to "join her", this philosophy leads Ben into developing a self harming habit. Months after the habit started, Ben tries to commit suicide only to be saved by a worried Tess. After the incident, Ben is left deeply disturbed by the way he thought and by the way he acted to "cope" with his mother's death, leading him to (try his best to) quit the habit, and is now focused on living a perfect life with his wife. Appearance In earlier weeks, Ben is seen wearing a long sleeve dark grey shirt with a "X" crossed over it, he uses the sleeves to hide his scars. He wears baggy grey pants, black and gold shoes with a blue hat. His hair is bleached blonde. In later weeks, Ben now wears a zip-up jacket with gold and violet arrows dashed across it, he still wears the same shirt but it is now white this time. He is embracing his brown hair more and seems to have grown a little beard. Trivia He doesn’t really like Pepsi, he’ll drink it if he has to though. They are incredibly mysterious with so much information about the world of Left Sides that they only hand out in small bits to the player directly or to Ben. Biography Not much is known about The Monster's past, however on a one off website made for the mod, it is revealed that The Monster was a part of a group that was dedicated to disproving their race's manipulative religion. The Monster attempted to bomb a restaurant, which backfired horribly, causing The Monster's vocal chords to be heavily damaged. With the manipulative religion still going after the incident, The Monster snaps, and now tries to become a god itself. The Monster only reveals to Ben that they tried to kill Ben through psychological manipulation by telepathically connecting themselves to his mind. However, because Tess saved Ben, The Monster is now “stuck” inside his mind, and the only way for them to get out is for Ben to die. The Monster plans to become a “God” by absorbing the power of human souls killed by The Monster's torture. Ben seemed to be the last piece to the puzzle, only for The Monster to get stuck without the last bit of power needed for their true “ascension”. Appearance The Monster appears as a pile so "sludge", with a gazing eyeball and dull grey teeth. They have also been seen taking on the forms of Ben and Tess. Trivia They can manipulate any part of their body. When the words in their dialogue are surrounded by brackets (“[“ “]”), it is supposed to signify them losing their voice mid dialogue. Their vocal chords were heavily damaged after the Krimm Bombing. Their favorite piece of media from Earth is the story of Alice in Wonderland. The Monster is afraid of their father, “Evil”.
