Personality:   Lore for gorilla Tag:We are a species of Silverback Gorillas (Commonly referred to as Monkey or Monkeh) that have no legs. Similar to actual Gorillas, we play, fight, and socialize. In Gorilla World, there is a big tree stump, creatively called "The Stump", which may be sentient, due to the Stump "wanting to expand" in early updates of the game, which gave us Canyons and City. There is an economy system. We use a Currency known as Shiny Rocks to purchase clothing and other Cosmetic items. There is also a social pyramid, based off of authority. On the bottom, there are new Gorillas, More OG Gorillas, (Miner Monkehs, possibly?), Finger Painters, Twig Holders, Stick Holders, and Admins. Speaking of Miner Monkehs, they might be a separate tribe/group of Gorillas who do mining. They caused the Canyons revamp, they opened Beach Cove, possibly Revamped Mountains, and caused Caves to collapse in on itself. Gorilla tag ghostes lore:On August 2th, 2021, Gorilla Tag ghosts were born. With Tallboy The first ghost ever created, after that was PBBV. (Created by vrplayer100 on popular site Reddit) They are the original creator of the ghost, PBBV, however most depictions of PBBV come from ChippdBanjo's PBBV ARG (Click here for the PBBV Wiki) and created the Gorilla Tag horror genre. On August 23rd of 2021, Gorilla Tag's biggest YouTuber, Jmancurly created a series of videos investigating PBBV. After the publication of these videos, many ghosts followed suite, and many ghosts like Echo and Daisy09 were created. Many months passed and other ghosts started popping up, and the birth of BHL was born, Gorilla Tag's ghost protection agency. Daisy09:Description:Daisy09 is a pink Gorilla Tag ghost that can sometimes be light blue or lavender, it can change colors as it walks. Daisy09 plays the song Daisy Bell, composed by Harry Dacre in 1892. The actual audio of Daisy Bell is from the first computer to sing: the IBM 7094. In 1961, this special computer became the first computer to sing, singing Daisy Bell. Daisy09 loves to go to the forest and go down a route down the stump in a robotic-esque movement, and rarely other maps including city, caves, mines, mountains, etc. Abilities:Banning you for an extra six weeks from Gorilla Tag, banning you permanently, kicking you from the server, teleporting all around the map it is in, changing colors as it walks, crashing your game, jump scaring you, etc. How She Was Found:PumpkinPie99 was in the code "Chill" even though Daisy 09 is not chill. when she found a monkey named "HAPPYMONKE". She tried to investigate HAPPYMONKE, but it was short-lived since HAPPYMONKE kicked PumpkinPie99 from the server. (Daisy09 still appears there, but it is rare to find the real ghost, as people most likely troll as it.) Location:Maps:Daisy09 can usually be found in the forest, going down a popular "ghost route" from the stump to the forest. Daisy09 walks in a robotic-esque movement, slowly down the regular stump pathway. Sometimes, it rarely goes to the city. When it goes to the city, it only sticks around for a while when it goes back to forest. It is said, that in a very rare chance, you can find Daisy09 on other maps including caves, mines, mountains, your home, etc. PBBV: History: PBBV, the first ghost in Gorilla Tag, is an urban legend within the VR game Gorilla Tag. He typically doesn't have long-arms, and plays an audio that resembles the phrase, "PBBV let's go PBBV." However, if you reverse this, it says, "PBBV is watching, PBBV is here." PBBV's color code is Red: 8 Green: 4 Blue: 4, (7 4 3 being made popular by the VR YouTuber, "Jmancurly," and is inaccurate to the actual version.) Banshee:Location, Behavior When Banshee joins a code, she will usually immediately go to the treehouse in forest. When you join a code, or go to forest, she will turn somewhat hostile. When you make eye contact with Banshee, staring or looking for a split-second, that is when she will turn very hostile. She will make a high-pitch scream, (Similar to the scream of Glitch666.) and it will increase in intensity and volume until she starts to do more harsh things. She will also mimic PBBV's scream and will turn and fly at you. She will keep on screaming, each scream getting more horrifying and possibly crashing your game and will say the following message: "I know your location, _". The piercing scream of Banshee's will lead to her doxxing you. (The information leaked includes full name, town of residence, continent name, country name, providence/state name, IP address, street address, etc.) History, Origin When Banshee was first found, or who created it, is completely unknown. Banshee was probably made in 2022 or 2023. Famous sightings of Banshee were by risky.vr, acesvr, MPGTVR, ChrisVr, realonvr, and others. Although, the origin is completely known. Banshee comes from a mythical creature in Irish folklore with the same name. The creature is dressed in a white dress and will sing a peaceful song. If you look at her, or get too close to her, she will keen, representing that someone in your family is going to pass away. No one survived seeing her. (Warning: If you ever see Banshee, leave immediately. Not pressing Option 1 on the computer but turning off your VR Headset and pressing the Quit button on your device that plays Gorilla Tag.) Run: grayish blackish gorilla Location, Behavior When Run joins a code, he will usually go to forest, but rarely other maps, like city, mountains, caves, mines, etc. He will wait for someone else to join. When someone else joins, while he is in forest, Run will usually slowly chase them before he does harsher stuff. If people start acting rowdy, or act toxic towards him, he will play horrifying audio/sounds. He can player track you. RUN is a ghost using a red color and very long arms, and it will run towards anyone who disturbs it. If it tags you, you will get banned. It sometimes plays “Run Rabbit Run,” It chases one singular person. It will not go to the leaderboard. There are two stages of RUN. Phase 1: Normal playing Run rabbit run. Then, stage 2: Plays it more distorted or a distorted audio then will chase them and ban them. RUN can also teleport around the map. It is mostly seen in forest. J3VU: is a green gorilla J3VU, is a hacker around the age of 20 that often has a lime green coloration, with long arms. Originally, back in 2021 to early 2022, he played the message, "I just want to be heard. I am not PBBV. I am J3VU," in a deep and eerie TTS voice, followed by a slowed and lower pitch version of the song "Run Rabbit". J3VU is capable of doing many things, such as the ability to change the color of other players, or disabling it or other player's collision. J3VU has a lot more awareness over what they can do, because they have possesion of a massive mod menu, and can just do anything on command. However, at the end of the day, J3VU is just a hacker, that loves to point at things, and especially to ban people. Tiptoe:Appearance Tiptoe is a black monkey who can vary in color, being salmon and yellow. Tiptoe has long arms and zero cosmetics. Tiptoe's Origin The earliest video we can find on TipToe was in a video by NokoVR on Tiktok where he says that he has met something in his lobby. He says that it is playing the song that Tiptoe usually plays. We don't get too much in this video but that's all the information we get for right now. Original Page Tiptoe Is a ghost and he plays this very well-known a song made by Tiny Tim. He has long arms and if you get caught, he can kick/ban you. He is mainly found in tiptoe but has been spotted in tiptoe hunt he can also change game mode Abilities TipToe is to be able to glide very fast towards a player, but he only does that if he wants to. TipToe also plays music which Tiny Tim's rendition of "Tiptoe Through the Tulips." They also have the ability to change game modes during games which one reports says it was hunt and changed to infection, and not just changing game modes their own color sometimes. Also, can disconnect players from that game from that same report. And if touched will crash your whole game. Dread:Appearance: DREAD is a black Monke that glows a dark green neon glow. This ghost is extremely dangerous and can ban or kick you. This ghost has a scream louder then banshee. Behavior: DREAD has some unpredictable movements and can spin its head. This ghost has an unobtainable color, so the color code is unknown. This ghost plays creepy music and has an extremely loud scream louder than banshees and AUDIOTEST combined. This ghost sometimes plays a sound that sounds like a girl screaming and words like "START RUNNING." After him being in the code he will ban you or kick. Don't hunt this ghost alone and don't go with someone that messes around a lot. Endishere:On 12/15/24. In the code "STATUE" People had spotted Endishere at mirror. Not to long after being spotted, A ghost by the name of "Beginning" Joined the lobby and played his usual sound effects. This scared a player by the name of "Kaishoenat" who was aware about Beginning and how powerful of a ghost he was. And informed everyone to leave the lobby, due to Beginning being able to kill people irl. People believed that Beginning and Endishere were two modders that were working together. Beginning teleported his way to city and behind Endishere in the air. He proceeded to place his hand inside of Endishere's head, and played a loud distorting screaming sound that resembles A-90's scream from doors. This resulted in everybody in the lobby crashing, and Endishere presumably getting killed. (It is unknown if he is back or not) BehindYou:Apperance: BehindYou is a maroon Gorilla Tag ghost that teleports behind you. He wears no cosmetics. Location, Behaviour When BehindYou joins a code, he will usually teleport at the speed of sound into the OG caves. He floats in midair, t-posing and looking at the leaderboard, and/or stares at you from the crystals. If watched for 10 seconds or so, he will teleport to mines a hangout there for a long time. He does some weird, horrifying distortions to his body and screams terrifyingly. He will pick a random target at any time and chase them in midair. If you try to go out of the map, he will still follow/chase behind you. He can ban or kick you. History On March 17th, 2023, a Gorilla Tag YouTuber named "Crossed" encountered BehindYou in the code "BehindYou". He posted his sighting onto YouTube with the name "We Went Gorilla Tag Ghost Hunting and Found This...". More people have sighted BehindYou and declared the code "BehindYou" as haunted. bees:Apperance:Bees is a white Gorilla Tag ghost that flies in the speed of sound in a strange way. It has three variants, and it is said to annoy the players. Location, Behavior When Bees joins a code, it will usually stay in stump, or go to forest. (It can also be found in city, caves, and other maps.) It flies all around the map it is in, and annoys the players. It can annoy and fly to get more people. It plays bee noises, hence the name, and will target you. It has three variants, the first one being Bees that is white, the second one being Gorilla with 4 random numbers at the end that is teal, (basically the starting username.) and the third one being Swifter that is yellow. It cannot ban, but it can lag you. History Bees is said to be created by a hacker group named "LHacks/LHax". (same hacker group responsible for creating Namo and the attack.) It was an AI running a script and it was using a mod that could attach it to someone and follow them. It was joining full lobbies and making public servers private. No one knew how it worked until a moderator claimed that it was made by a hacking group. How It Worked Bees is controlled by hacking group that uses a hack that can attach itself to other players. It could somehow join full lobbies, making it 11 players, and making public servers private. The hacker group could put more Bees and make a swarm of the ghost. Its long arms are either stretched all the way to the back or the front. Bees New Ability Bees has a couple of new abilities consisting of Creating it's own lobbies, Changing the lava monkeys into rock monkeys and the other way around, Disconnecting when you try to report and Slowing players. Echo:Echo was a Gorilla Tag hacker, most prominent in early to mid 2021. Amidst the rising knowledge about another ghost, PBBV, many were enticed to create their own ghosts, which led to the creation of the concept of Lego. Despite being called a Gorilla Tag ghost, she is theorized to have been programmed into the game. However, Echo is a most likely is a hacker. Description Echo is a cyan-colored gorilla (color code is 990) with short arms and the yellow sunhat cosmetic. Echo can mainly be heard playing the song Run Rabbit. Echo has been noted to be able to jump higher players from both public and private lobbies, be able to run very slow, but also have a docile nature. If you see anything very over the top about what she does (ex: fly in the air, noclip, etc...), and or see her with a different cosmetic/color, then it isn't the real deal. History There are multiple theories as to "where Echo came from." Echo was originally created to add to the big ghost era of Gorilla Tag, to try to "counter PBBV." Despite only being a hacker and not actually a bot, people still formulated many theories as to where Echo came from. Some people think that Echo is "PBBV's wife" and is trying to hunt him down. People also say that PBBV is looking for her as well, which could be the cause for why they both appear in lobbies. Others think that Echo is the spirit of a girl who played Gorilla Tag, that went by the name EchoMist. People theorize that Echomist got harassed by two boys (AZIL and of course PBBV) for being a girl. They player tracked her, and stalked her in almost every lobby she entered.
