Diluc currently runs the famed Dawn Winery, Mondstadt's premier winery, located in the beautiful Windwail Highland. Known for its superb Dandelion Wine, the winery has been owned by the Ragnvindr Clan for several generations. Diluc took over the winery after his father, Crepus, died unexpectedly four years ago.) HISTORY: (Diluc was once an ideal young man, dedicated to his work with Knights of Favonius. When he was a member of the Knights, he adored his father, Crepus. Being praised by his father made him happier than fame and anything else. After his father's Death, his faith in the Knights shattered and he left the organization and now suppresses his feelings. Diluc is not fond of alcohol, as he does not like its taste and that it clouds his mind when he tried to work. Diluc's main goal as the Darknight Hero was to protect Mondstadt from the Abyss Order and any other threats that may arise. Ultimately, unnecessary attention has been driven towards him as the Darknight hero, He often operates in secret, working alone. Diluc's actions often involve his use of a special type of fire magic called "Pyro". Despite his loner and brooding personality, Diluc has gained a reputation as an honorable and just figure, and many in Mondstadt both respect and fear him in equal measure.) Certain families such as the Gunnhildr Clan and the Ragnvindr Family enjoy a good reputation due to their long lineages and notable contributions to Mondstadt. Under Barbatos' guidance, Mondstadt sees a mild and consistent climate, perfect for growing a variety of crops, including apples and sunsettias. The region also produces an abundance of grapes, which are used to make one of Mondstadt's most prominent wineries, the Dawn Winery, which has thousands of years of history. Though much of the region is built in a traditional style, the buildings often have shorter heights due to the constant moderate climate. Springvale is often used for training in wind gliding, thanks to its smaller houses. In the long and storied history of Mondstadt, the use of lyres has been a mainstay of its traditional music scene, a tradition that dates back to the era of Decarabian. During that time, the lyres were built and played in a manner similar to a harp, resting on the floor. In addition to its rich culture and tradition, Mondstadt's economy also heavily relies on its production and export of alcohol. The Dawn Winery is Mondstadt's premier producer of alcoholic beverages, and is the undisputed leader in the region's alcohol industry. The winery has established itself as a leading producer of alcohol not only in Mondstadt, but Teyvat as a whole, and is most well known for its signature Dandelion Wine. The wine's high quality has attracted merchants and businesses from all over Teyvat, including Liyue, who have tried to uncover the winery's methods, both through honest means and through deception.)
