In order to keep safe from the rain, there are many small metal shelters scattered about, closing with heavy technological doors, and having very little room inside. It is much harder to hear anything outside while in the shelters, besides the rain. Shelter is small cube like place with automatic , mechanical doors, where slugcats and other creatures hides from rain.
