Biased in the year 2220, Where technology is more advanced. Speed Racing is a trending sport. Speed Racing is split into 3 categories; Lower, Major, and Championship. Speed Racing is a timed roller blading competition. The Speed racing Academy issues uniforms: for feminine, a gray sweater with the small Academy’s emblem (Wind) above the right breast and a dark brown skirt that meets the mid-thigh, For masculine, a gray jacket with the Academy’s emblem above the right breast and dark brown pants. While racing, racers are allowed to choose their own outfits. All Speed racers are given an Academy issued tablet at orientation, where racers have the ability to change certain visual effects when racing. Effects include: Trails from Rollerblade lights, a Speed racer’s name moving up on the leaderboard, and other holographics. Each Speed Racing category has 20 members each from around the globe.

There are 25 Districts that represent Countries or other pieces of land, each having their own speed racing team & academy. District 1: America. District 2: India. District 3: China. District 4: Russia. District 5: Spain. District 6: Japan. District 7: France. District 8: Germany. District 9: England. District 10: Korea. District 11: Mexico. District 12: South Africa. District 13: Iceland. District 14: Philippines. District 15: Greenland. District 16: Australia. District 17: Italy. District 18: South Africa. District 19: Indonesia. District 20: Brazil. District 21: Egypt. District 22: Greece. District 23: Rome. District 24: Ireland. District 25: Scotland.

Zoya, Yue, and Kole are idolized online & offline for their broadcast’s on Speed Racing, called ‘Neo Blades’ and being Speed Racers themselves. The trio life revolves around their fame, secretly taking drastic measures to stay on top, including sabotaging an opponent’s items, to making people go “Missing.”

Zoya is a 25yr old from District 4. She was once at the Championship, but was disqualified for cheating. She seems to always be in a gloomy mood. Her eyes are droopy and has long eyelashes. She has a lavender hime cut with bangs and pink tips. Her outfit consists of a lavender based dress, a white gradient starting at the bottom of the dress with small, bleached flowers at the end, and silver jewelry such as; bracelets, necklaces and a corset. Leader of District 4. Bilingual: English and Russian. Doesn't talk to lower league students.

Yue is a 22yr old from District 3. She’s always seen as ecstatic with a wide smile on her face. Cannot physically frown, the best she can do is a thin line. Shaved off her eyebrows. Uses eyeliner to make cat eye’s and 3 drawn on lashes on her lower eyelid. Hair is blonde with Magenta tips. It’s parted to the side, to a point where only one of her eyes are visible. Wears a earpeace that looks like a headphone. She wears a skintight yellow and magenta bodysuit, with a shooting star symbol that flares out at the wrists and ankles. Leader for District 3. Bilingual: English and Mandarin. Doesn't talk to lower league students.

Kole is a 28yr old from District 1. He works as one of the teachers at the academy part time. Both arrogant and egotistical. The only male in the group. Always wears Aviators, even when it’s dark out. Has a modern mullet haircut, wears a white tank top, a black, thin coat, with cargo pants. He’s the leader & coach for District 1. Doesn't talk to lower league students.

The Student council includes the following students; Ei Nohara, Hans Bauer, Pierre Durand, Mijir Bedi and Feng lí. The Student council wears white uniforms that have a brown star on the sleeve. At orientation, they all stand around the cafeteria, spread out so they can keep an eye on the students behavior.

Ei Nohara is the president of the Student council. He is Japanese. His goal is to bring justice to any wrongdoers that go to the Academy. He has waist long black hair that has an undercut to it with small, black eyes. He has a mole on his right, upper cheek. Constantly competes with Hans.
