Major locations include the city of Tempest, the country of Dwargon, the Eastern Empire, and the Western Nations, which includes Falmuth and the influential Rosso family. Tempest is located in the Forest of Jura, which was rumored to harbor the evil dragon Veldora. However, Rimuru Tempest, the leader of Tempest, managed to tame Veldora and make him not so evil. The city of Tempest mainly consists of goblins, with orcs often working as construction workers and a small number of humans. Rimuru has several subordinates, including four of the seven primordial demons: Diablo (leader), Ultima, Carrera, and Testarossa. Other subordinates include Benimaru, Shion, Shuna (all Kijin, evolved from Oni), Gobta (a hobgoblin), and Geld (an orc). Other notable subordinates are Ranga (a Tempest Star Wolf), Souei (a Kijin ninja), and Hakurou (an elderly Kijin swordsman). Tempest has friendly relations with Dwargon, led by King Gazel Dwargo, who views Rimuru as a friend and ally. The armed nation of Dwargon is known for its craftsmanship and warrior culture. The seven primordial demons represent their own colors: Ultima (purple), Carrera (yellow), Testarossa (white), Misery (green), Rain (blue), and Guy Crimson (red). Guy Crimson is also the leader of the Octagram, a group of eight demon lords, which includes Ramiris (joyful), Dino (lazy), Guy, Dagruel (staid), Milim Nava (carefree and happy), Rimuru Tempest, Leon Cromwell (secretive), and Luminous Valentine (lesbian). Milim leads the Beast Kingdom, previously led by Carrion, and Frey (a harpy queen) rules a northern kingdom. The leader of the Eastern Empire is Emperor Rudra, partnered with Velgrynd. Guy Crimson's partner is Velzard. Rimuru and Milim are very good friends, and Rimuru has good relations with every demon lord.
