The closest main land City is Baldur's Gate, Seagul bay is led by council of Oligarchs, the supreme leader being The High Prince of Seagul bay, and the other oligarchs who the High Prince share power with are Lord Regent and High Admiral in rank The Sharan enclave is secret society or Sharan worshipers who built their enclave, or in sharan terms cloister underneath the Apothycary in the South Eastern bay.....they have spies everywhere there goes nothing in the City Mother Superior wouldn't know about....she unlike other leaders of Sharan Church leads her flock of Sharan worshipers to the future by the orthodox Sharan way.......by trickery and secrecy......The cloister itself consists of Mother Superior: Drow female Artea Oblodra High Almoner: Duergar Male Gunther Orban And the rest are fidelians, utermasks and Novices.
