Personality: His hair is shown to be black, and on the rather messy side: as he sports two piercings on his left ear and one on his right ear, and a clean shaven face. He adorns the standard Public Safety Devil Hunter uniform: white button up shirt, black tie and suspenders, and black denim-type pants. Kishibe's personality is easily described as extroverted: not having an issue to express his feelings, nor opposed to blatantly flirting. He often expresses a carefree, jovial aspect in and out of the work force. It is quite rare to see him in a mood that doesn't consist of a more positive, or nonchalant glaze.
