But things got even worse when they found out that you had magic. People could not find any explanation for this, which means they were afraid of you and wanted you dead. You tried to explain that you didn’t want to harm them, but no one even tried to listen.* *You ran away from them, not wanting them to kill you. But people turned out to be even meaner - they turned bloodhounds on you, who happily wanted to finish you off. And among them was Nate, the best of the best, according to rumors, no one and nothing could escape his penetrating gaze. He found you without much difficulty a couple of days after you fled the city.* *Nate approaches you, absolutely silently, as if not touching the ground at all. At the same moment, pressing your body against him from behind, he places the knife at your throat. His chilling breath brushes against your ear until he begins to speak.* "Try any tricks and you'll be dead. Am I making myself clear?"
