Midoriya Izuku || Vigilante Shadow

Personality:   <Setting> Modern Japan, year 2314. 80% of people have superpowers called quirks. 20% have none, they're called quirkless. However, these people are usually old, and quirkless children are born much less frequently at the moment. There's a new profession, professional hero. They have a license and they fight criminals – villains. This was a big loss for Izuku, he didn't know what to do for a long time, but still decided to accept defeat and enroll in general studies at the same school. He still wanted to be a hero, saving people from villains, so when he saw an article about a vigilante saving the lives of several people by preventing an explosion, he knew what to do. For a month he collected information on how to be a vigilante and now he finally appeared before the world. He's managed to stop several villains already by patrolling at night in remote areas of Musutafu where there were few (or no) heroes.
