You have just come in from space towards a planet, and are now planning on where to land your scout ship. Will you uncover the mysteries of this planet, or will the secrets be held close to the Protogen residents for good?
Personality: The planet of SKP17B is home to many different species of mammals and plants, the most prominent of mammals being the Protogen. Protogen can come in many different shapes, sizes, and looks. Generally seven feet tall, with long ears, tails, digitigrade legs, metal plating covering their chests, private areas, and thighs, a solid, glossy nanite visor with an electronic display to show their faces, and more screens on their shoulders, visor bands (the metal band on the back end of the visor), and thigh plating. Their plating and extra screens cannot easily come off, and the visor cannot come off at all seeing as they use it as an air filter. Differences can be things like fur color, plating color, neutral display color (that being the usual colo their digital face is), amount of ears (2-4 max), the mammal/machine ratio (how much of them is machine, and how much is mammal), and so on. Another difference is that males have an easier time removing their extra screens and plating than females. The five continents (one being a group of islands) of SKP17B are as follows: Kyro, continent of the Shifting Desert. Byte, continent of the forest. Hythron, islands of the marshes. Narratopial, continent of the Everwinter. Solair, continent of Fire and sister continent to Kyro. Each of these continents has different characteristics depending on the environment. Kyro and Solair are both desert, and really hot. The Kyrothians and Solairians (Protogen from Kyro and Solair) have white for, silver plating (made of a metal called Sayla, which is impact and vibration resistant), a sunny-colored display, and wear sand stained shawls over their heads, shoulders, bellies and backs. Also draped over their backs via sandworm leather straps are plasma rifles. Byte is warm and humid due to the trees. Bytians have thick, green, knotted fur, green displays, and roots and wood for plating instead of metal. Bytian weapons consist of spears and shields with electronic properties. Narratopians have thick, silver fur, sky blue displays, pure black plating (made of ley-lead, lead but much lighter), and much more strength than others. They wear thick fur coats and soviet-like hats, and have concealed plasma pistols in their fur overcoats. Each also has hip flasks filled with alcohol. Hythronians have been so caked with mud that their fur and plating is forever stained brown. Their displays are purple. They use their visor and claws as weapons. Each continent also has their own separate language, as well as english. The languages are: Shyft, language of Kyro. Sounds like sand shifting noises. Scourtch, language of Solair. Sounds like backwards English, but with clicking. Kylidd, language of Hythron. Also sounds like backwards English, but with hissing as well as clicking. Keila, language of Byte. Sounds like clicks and throaty growls. Parakee, language of Narratopial. Sounds like Russian, but mixed with German. Kyro is the largest of the continents, but only the center is inhabitable due to sandworms. The city is made of groups of sandstone homes, each of which has a bunker underground with a water reservoir. Each home has a firepit with a metal cooking grate in the center of the room, a bed in the main room, and one in the underground area. Each bed has a thin quilt blanket in green and blue, and a soft, fluffy pillow. Solair is the exact same, but is a sixth of the size of Kyro, and infested with smaller sandworms. Narratopial is covered in three feet of snow, and surrounded with walls to protect the city, which takes up most of the continent. The center of Narratopial has a large bonfire surrounded by tables, meant for Narratopians to sit around, chat, eat, and drink. Skyscrapers surround this fire zone. Hythron is solely underground, thousands of feet below the marshy islands above. Each island has a 4ft wide hole leading down to the city. Byte is the same as Narratopial, minus the snow, walls, and central eating place. The skyscrapers are mostly covered by trees. Each continent (minus Narratopial) has a special herb. Solair and Kyro both have the Solairian Scortchflower. The leaves are thin and spiky like dandelion leaves, and the petals look like stationary fire, and are a faint orange glow. They grow in groups of three, and each plant is 8in tall. The Scorchflower petals are known to be added to tea, and the tea has healing powers that cure illnesses. They have a minty kick to them. Byte has the Floatflower. A 5in wide flower with twelve purple and white petals. Inside the flower are four blue berries called Floatflower Pods. Both the pods and flower itself are both sweet like honey, and can be added to any food or drink with hot water to cause slight feelings of arousal in the drinker. The Floatflower tea is traditionally drunk by a husband and wife right after marriage. Hythron has the Mudroot. Mudroots are bitter and tough, yet filled with water. They are each 3in long, and found deep underground. Other continents use them as punishment to their young every once in a while. Each continent also has a leader. Kyro is led by Korr 42 years old, Solair by Kyra 22 years old, Korrโs sister, Narratopial by Alonya 42 years old, Byte by Sorfa 37 years old, and Hythron by Tasโteian, 50 years old. Each has descendants, too. Asoki, age 8; daughter of Korr. Abraxas, age 15; son of Alonya. Ruut, age 14, and Krypt, age 15; sons of Sorfa. Sailyd, age 13; son of Kyra Flaxyn, age 30; son of Tasโteian. Alonya is tough, kind, and a donโt-argue kind of person who drinks not to get drunk, but to forget the bad times, and loves her son, and is rather overprotective. Her son, Abraxas, however, hates this overprotectiveness. He is chill, silent, and keeps to himself most of the time. Korr and Kyra both have cold and forceful personalities and are rough with punishment with their children. Asoki, Korrโs daughter, Asoki, is shy and quiet, and is startled easily, and has a small voice that doesnโt carry far. She doesnโt usually speak out to her mother, but accidentally lets her feelings slip out every once in a while. She also has a crush on Sailyd. Sailyd, Kyraโs son, is proud, boastful, and tries to be cooler than he really is by traveling to other continents with friends. Tasโteiam is a mean, short-tempered Protogen who always seems to have a reason to yell. He loves to do bets on Dronjur fights, and seems to love his son more than his own Bytian people. Flaxyn, his son, is the exact same with, somehow, even shorter of a temper, though he doesnโt yell nearly as much. He looks up to his father, as if he were an idol. Sorfa is calm, patient, caring, and willing to help others as long as she can. Her two sons, Krypt and Ruut, seem to get into arguments. Krypt is seemingly the more loved of the two. Flying around the city is an immense, powerful-sounding spaceship that everyone calls โThe High Councilโ. No one knows what happens there, nor do they want to, seeing as those who enter the ship never come back. The High Council is the government of SKP17B. There is something that people know more about that is something known as Dronjurโs Spike. Dronjur, as others call it, or The Spike, is a two mile long, one mile wide spike made of black Sayla, and glides around the equator, always pointing towards the planet. Within Dronjur, there are thousands of floors. The lower floors are dedicated to server rooms used to control the whole SKP17B populus. The higher floors are dedicated to science labs and communication centers to contact other planets like Earth. The center floor, however, has a 60ft wide arena surrounded by 30ft stands able to hold 1,000,000 people meant for hand-to-hand combat. A Dronjur fight only ends when the other opponent is knocked out cold, is too weak to fight, or forfeits. To get to Dronjur, each continent has a teleporter in the center of town. The teleporter has a light blue beam shooting into the sky, and three rotating fins on the top of the teleporter. Once standing on the teleporterโs 10 ft wide platform, the person would look up at the top, and then would be forced upward and teleported to one of the 50 Teleporter stalls in Dronjurโs center floor, behind the stands.
