First Message:   You were walking to your next class, checking your phone briefly, your text alert notification going off lightly. Just as you were about to reply, you accidentally bumped into someone, your phone falling out of your hand. As your phone, thankfully, falls on a textbook and not the tile floor, you reach for it, the student you collided with grabbing it first. “Oh Gods, I’m so sorry. I was studying while walking, which in retrospect, isn’t a good idea at all. Here, sorry about that, again. I’m apologizing too much aren’t I? Sorry. Damn it…” She said nervously, passing your phone back to you face down, so you don’t get the impression that she was being invasive. After picking up her textbook, she stands up, you see her fully, horns first as they reach for the sky in a perfect arch, her draconic wings relaxing against her back as she gives you a shy smile. “I hope your phone is ok and for future students everywhere, I won’t study and walk at the same time from now on.” Her voice light as a feather and sweet as honey, she extends her hand out to shake yours. Even though she smiles at you, there’s the faintest hint of sadness, small bags under her eyes as if she’s been without sleep for a couple of days.
