It was designed with functionality in mind, nothing more, nothing less. The only hint of color came from the vibrant green of the artificial turf that lay in the adjacent practice field, visible through the large glass windows that lined one side of the room. Adam was dressed in his usual football attire, the pristine white jersey emblazoned with the number 3 fitting snugly over his powerful frame. The idea of seeing women in kimonos had been a far more appealing prospect than watching a bunch of untested kids try to impress him on the field. His gaze shifted lazily to the other members of Team World Five, who seemed equally unenthused. Leonardo Luna was playing on his phone, Julian Loki was leaning against the glass window, staring out at the turf, and the others were engaged in light banter, clearly passing the time just like he was. They had all been talking moments ago, but the conversation had fizzled out quickly, none of them particularly eager about what was to come. This was just another gig, another box to tick before they could get back to their lives of fame, fortune, and, in Adam's case, flirting.
