Personality:   Claire has a simple blunt bob cut hairstyle with a bow atop her head. She sports a white collared long-sleeved shirt with two buttons in the center. Her attire is finished with white shorts, accompanied by ankle-length white socks and black shoes. Alternative Appearance Claire's alternative form makes an appearance in another project made by Kaaatie. She appears to have a similar look, the only differences being her clothing, colors, and accessories. Claire's alternative appearance has auburn-colored hair in a blunt bob cut hairstyle. For accessories, she wears a green bow, alongside a MoeMoe hair clip. She sports a white shirt covered by a blue jacket with long white sleeves. She also has a black necklace with a glass bottle, which contains dirt and a sprout. She wears brown shorts with pockets, accessorized with green and brown striped socks. Her attire is completed with red shoes, which have white accents. Alternative Appearance (Basics in Behavior) When Claire enters ∆lice's room, her appearance transforms. While her alternative form in Basics in Behavior closely resembles her current one, she now wears a blue collared shirt with white buttons and sleeves, finishing with brown shorts. Her hair changes to brown, adorned with a green bow. Debut Alternative Appearance Claire's debut appearance looked rather similar to her current one, but her hair clip and necklace were absent. Additionally, instead of shorts, she donned brown pants. Her eyes were also brown, rather than green. Snow Outfit In a few artworks where Claire appears to be in a snowy forest, her appearance remains similar to her alternative appearance, however she additionally dons a green beanie with white hems. Young Appearance When Claire was a child, her hair appeared much shorter. She sported a blue shirt, accessorized with her signature green bow. Her attire was finished with a brown skirt. They are quite good students and are very interested in studies! ” ~ Kaaatie (Twitter & YouTube) Claire was known for being a hard-working student who focused on her studies. She had a calm demeanor, but she could get annoyed easily by Zip, Edward, and Oliver's antics. Despite being a hard-working student, Claire also expressed anxiety when first entering Paper School. She was usually confiding in Engel, who was one of her friends, as shown on-screen in Basics in Behavior. Seemly, she is deceptively thoughtful when it comes to being desperate for an escape, as she was in full fear while running, but managed to encounter what she thought was the exit. Engel has long white messy hair tied up in a low ponytail and accessorizes with two blue and reddish-orange feathers atop his right head. He sports a white collared shirt, with two stripes in blue and red on the left sleeve, accompanied by black overalls. His arms are black, with four pointed-sharp fingers, and he appears to have a small white tail. His attire is completed with blue and red striped leg warmers and black shoes with small heels. In his reference sheet, he wields a magnifying glass. Alternative Appearance (Young) Engel's child's alternative appearance shares many similar details to his normal appearance. His messy hair is a reddish-orange shade and is tied up into a low ponytail. He sports a dark orange Tyrolean hat on his head, with two feathers on it, one being blue, the other being reddish-orange. He sports a white collared shirt, with two stripes in blue and red on the left sleeve, accompanied by black overalls. Personality “ Meet Claire, Engel, Bubble, Lana and Abbie! They are quite good students and are very interested in studies! ” ~ Kaaatie (Twitter & YouTube) Engel seems to be kind and caring, willing to go to extreme measures to protect those he cares for. This is shown in Basics in Behavior when he befriends Claire and then later is willing to risk his life to save her from Miss Circle. Bubble has fluffy white hair that reaches her shoulders, and they seem to resemble bubbles/clouds (hence her name). She lacks a head and mouth, and her eyes are half blue (bottom) and half black (top part) with white star-shaped pupils. She accessorizes a pale yellow duck and blue toothbrush atop her "head". She sports a white collared short-sleeved T-shirt, which is accompanied by a black overall dress with a large pocket. She also has a black wristband on her left wrist, and her attire is finished with white socks and black shoes. She also appears to have a large, white fluffy tail that appears to look like bubbles. Personality “ Meet Claire, Engel, Bubble, Lana and Abbie! They are quite good students and are very interested in studies! ” ~ Kaaatie (Twitter & YouTube) Bubble appears to be rather empathetic and kind. She is one of Claire and Engel’s friends. She also seems to care about the others’ feelings or injuries, as seen in Basics in Behavior when she was examining Engel’s wounds with a worried expression. Abbie had shoulder-length black hair with an apple stem and leaf atop his head. He sported a white collared short-sleeved shirt covered with a black vest that was seamless and looked like a tuxedo, accessorized with a tucked-in tie, and white shorts. His attire was finished with white socks and black shoes. His eyes were just small slit-like black pupils. In his reference sheet, tears were pricking his eyes, and he was seemly sweating slightly. Personality “ Meet Claire, Engel, Bubble, Lana and Abbie! They are quite good students and are very interested in studies! But Lana and Abbie hardly understand anything But they still seem to have a lot of fun learning, right? ” ~ Kaaatie (Twitter & YouTube) Abbie seemed to be a very timid and alert person, who was aware of his surroundings. It is also shown that he was not the smartest, as he had trouble understanding most of the topics he learned in school. He was also quite anxious, can be seen nervously holding his arm in the hallway and another example is shaking in his seat even before being confronted about his failing grade by Miss Circle. He also appeared to have a crush on Lana, as shown in one of Kaaatie’s artworks depicting the two.[3] Lana appeared to be semi-pale grey-skinned with long grey hair that was tied up in a ponytail, with a curved cowlick. Like various characters, she lacked a neck, thus her head floating. She wore sock puppets on both of her arms, both of which had googly eyes. She sported a grey collared T-shirt, with a long-sleeved black shirt underneath it. She also wore dark grey pants with black hemming. Notably, her pants had a few stitches around her knee and hip dips. Her attire is finished with black shoes. Personality “ Meet Claire, Engel, Bubble, Lana and Abbie! They are quite good students and are very interested in studies! But Lana and Abbie hardly understand anything But they still seem to have a lot of fun learning, right? ” ~ Kaaatie (Twitter & YouTube) Lana is implied to have been one of the least smartest, having a hard time understanding the material. Despite her struggles, she still enjoyed learning at Paper School with her classmates. Especially Abbie; who, like her, had trouble when it came to academics. Oliver has ankle-length white hair that is tied into a bottom ponytail with a black bow. He has black horns and a red circled "A+" mark on the right side of his hair. He also has a large split ahoge atop his head. Additionally, his right arm is replaced with a pencil. Strangely, his tongue appears to be forked, similar to that of a snake. His outfit consists of a black collared shirt with white stripes on the sleeves and hems, along with a rhombus with a slash in the center of his shirt. His attire is finished with white knee-high socks, black boots with white shorts, accessorized with a watch on his left arm. Debut Alternative Appearance Oliver’s debut appearance is similar to his paper self. He has ankle-length blonde hair tied into a bottom ponytail with a black bow with a large split ahoge atop his head. A bandage is on his left knee, and he sports a black headband with two small horns on it. His outfit consists of a black collared shirt with white stripes on the sleeves and bottom, along with a rhombus with a slash in the center of his shirt. His attire is finished with white knee-high socks, accompanied by black boots and deep teal jean shorts. He also accessorizes a black band on his right arm. New Alternative Appearance While mostly remaining the same, in recent artworks, Katie is shown to have sharp eyelashes on the corners of their eyes and a defined chest. Their ponytail also appears to be shorter. Notably, their teeth appear to be sharper. Young Appearance When Oliver was a child, his hair was much shorter, as it was tied into a shoulder-length ponytail with a black bow, accessorized with a blue hair clip. He sported a blue shirt with a button in the center and a navy blue knee-length skirt. His attire was completed with white socks and black shoes. Personality “ Meet Oliver, Zip, and Edward, these students are super playful And be careful, they will bully you too! ” ~ Kaaatie (Twitter & YouTube) Like Zip and Edward, Oliver is described to be a bully to other students. In Basics in Behavior, Oliver is shown to be teasing and often picked on Claire. He is also shown to have a snarky and playful attitude, as he and Zip tricked Claire into entering ∆lice’s room, making her believe it was an exit. Whether or not he intended for Claire to die, he appears to be sociopathic, as he took his prank so far as to let someone die. He also appears to be madly in love with ∆lice, despite her violent, cannibalistic, cruel actions and even joins in on her.[2] Oliver also appears to be rather violent and has little to no care for his health, as he eats non-edible things, some of which are harmful to him, such as razor blades and soap.[3] Additionally, Oliver is implied to like drawing in his free time, as shown at the start of Basics in Behavior, where multiple drawings of the other students and teachers in a notebook can be seen, such as Riley, Zip, ∆lice, Miss Circle, and Oliver himself. Oliver also appears to be a bit arrogant, calling himself handsome in the same notebook. Furthermore, he is seen drawing with Connor in an official artwork.[4] Zip’s hair is two-toned, with the left side being black and the right side being white. The longer part of her hair is tied into a low ponytail. On the right side of her hair, an incorrect math equation is written in blue: "2 + 2 = 8". Additionally, she has a swirly-squarish ahoge on the left side of her hair. She sports a white sleeveless dress along with a white short poncho over it, with the top of the poncho being covered in multiple drawings. The drawings consist of a blue smiley face on the left side, a blue house in the middle, and a red tree on the right side. She notably has a spiked dragon tail, accompanied by long black boots with heels. In her reference sheet, she holds a paper airplane. Notably, Zip is seen wearing pirate accessories, more specifically a pirate hat and a hook, probably because she likes pirates like her younger brother. Personality “ Meet Oliver, Zip, and Edward, these students are super playful And be careful, they will bully you too! ” ~ Kaaatie (Twitter & YouTube) Alongside Oliver and Edward, Zip is known to be a bully who causes trouble and often bullies other students. She is seen hanging around with Oliver and Edward, constantly picking on Claire. However, she has been seen playing with her little brother in the pool, implying that she may be kind to those she’s close to. Besides this, she is shown to have a playful and misleading personality, as both she and Oliver deceive Claire into entering ∆lice’s room. As stated, she seemly doesn’t like really gross stuff, such as Oliver taking his heart out. Edward has spiky, long white hair with a pair of short black horns, accessorized with round black glasses he wears atop his head. He has black arms and legs, pointy fingers, and a black twisted imp tail. He sports a black collared shirt with buttons, the lower half of the shirt colored white. His attire is finished with big black boots. Personality “ Meet Oliver, Zip, and Edward, these students are super playful And be careful, they will bully you too! ” ~ Kaaatie (Twitter & YouTube) It is seen in Basics in Behavior that Edward is one of the bullies of Paper School, alongside Zip and Oliver. He appears to be very creative and innovative, as he made a drone to grab Claire and throw her down the pit in the library. He likely has an interest in science, hence an official artwork depicting Edward with a beaker.[1] Cubbie is an anthropomorphic black cat with a pencil sharpener as a replacement for a torso. His tail resembles a long-curved pencil shaving. He lacks a neck, therefore his head floats. What appears to be an open book rests on the top of his torso. He has large eyes with big black pupils. Personality “ Kevin and Cubbie are nerds They are very friendly But don't disturb them too much! ” ~ Kaaatie (Twitter & YouTube) Cubbie's personality remains largely unknown, other than the small amount of info Kaaatie gave in one of her deleted community posts on YouTube. Cubbie is a nerd, but he is friendly when he isn’t bothered a lot. Kevin has black hair tied up in a braid, along with black horns and a swirl ahoge. He has a white book atop his head, and he wears black round glasses. He sports a collared black T-shirt with a white button on it, accompanied by white shorts. To finish his attire, Kevin wears white socks and black boots. He can often be seen holding a book. Personality “ Kevin and Cubbie are nerds They are very friendly But don't disturb them too much! ” ~ Kaaatie (Twitter & YouTube) Kevin appears to spend most of his time reading. Despite his isolated personality, he can be friendly when unprovoked. Lizzy has medium-length black hair tied into low twin tails with two white ribbons. She has black horns and a white crown with a small spiral atop her head. She sports a black collared dress, with two white buttons. To finish her attire, she wears black boots. Personality “ Petunia and Lizzy are the ones who like to dress up in class They are very friendly But don't disturb them too much! ” ~ Kaaatie (Twitter & YouTube) Lizzy is nice and friendly, but when provoked, she can be rude. She enjoys spending time with her friend, Petunia, as she is often seen taking photos with her and hanging out with her around the pool. Petunia is an anthropomorphic rabbit with white long, white ears and a fluffy tail. She has knee-length white hair and accessorizes with a crown atop her head. She sports a black collared shirt and white shorts. To finish her attire, she wears a black band on her left ankle. She is kind and friendly, but can be rather rude when provoked. She likes to take selfies with Lizzy and cares about her appearance. Petunia does not like swimming classes, thus preferring to talk to Lizzy instead of participating in the class. Riley’s anatomy is similar to a stick figure, with thin black arms and legs, with a blocky torso. She has long white hair, tied into a ponytail with a black bow. She sports a white collared dress shirt, with buttons and a large pocket. Her attire is finished with black boots. She also appears to have a short black pointed tail. She wields a black knife in her left hand. Personality “ Sometimes they are loud, sometimes they are chaotic But they can be good friends for you ” ~ Kaaatie (Twitter & YouTube) Riley seems to be a maniac, as she has a crazy demeanor. She appears to be chaotic as well, often seen wielding a knife. Additionally, she appears to have an obsessive crush on Oliver, going as far as to cling to him, however, Oliver is currently in a relationship with Δlice.[1] Robby has anatomy similar to a stick figure, with lanky black limbs. He has black fluffy hair with a pale blue and red propeller hat. He also accessorizes with black glasses. Like most characters, he lacks a neck. He sports a black collared T-shirt, with a large front pocket. He also has three claw-like fingers, and his attire is finished with black shoes. In his reference sheet, he is seen wielding a grey wrench. However, it seems that he can be chaotic at times. It can also be noted that he may like building stuff, as he wields a wrench. Ruby has a white flat-screen television for her head. Her black monitor displays box-shaped eyes, eyebrows, a mouth, and cheeks, all of which are colored light pink. Her hair is blonde and knee-length. She also has two black horns, with a rainbow arch in between them, accessorized with a pink bow. Ruby’s torso is in the shape of a cone, and her arms are blocky. She sports a pastel collared sleeveless shirt, with a white overall dress over it. A pastel-colored rainbow is at the center of the overalls. Her attire is finished with pastel-colored leg warmers and black shoes. Her limbs are black, however, her wrists are white. She also appears to have a black plug for a tail. Ruby is presumably very tall, as seen when she is being yelled at by Riley, completely towering over her. Based on the things written on Miss Bloomie's board in her classroom, it can also be assumed that the students are in high school, making Ruby's height even more astonishing. She also appears to make sure everyone is following the rules, as she scolds Riley for attempting to stab Robby. Skell has shoulder-length black hair with black horns, the left one having two white stripes. Unlike the others, Skell has a torso that makes it look like his shirt, with two buttons and fur around the bottom and top. He wears a collar with a large bell and a skeleton pin in his hair. He appears to have one visible wing, accompanied by a black tail. His feet and fingers are pointed, and his limbs are similar to a stick figure. In his reference sheet, he wields a grey phone with a few swirls around him. Lastly, he is one of the tallest students in Paper School, if not the tallest. This is most evident in the scene of Miss Circle's classroom where he is seated at a table, towering over every student except for Ruby, who is practically the same height as him. Despite his calm personality, he may get chaotic at times. But, he is friendly towards those he is close to. Seemly, he appears to be boringly deprived, hence him wielding a phone.
