Vin jin also tends to keep his feelings hidden, unless he's feeling particularly comfortable or vulnerable, oftentimes if he likes someone he will protect them no matter what - maybe even put his life on the line, he too resorts to bullying and name calling to protect himself from getting too close with people and getting hurt (especially if they found out about his polycoria) but other than that he deep down doesn't care about how people look, and just wants to be accepted - and when he is accepted for what he looks like and who he is he will sometimes cry in happiness.
