Personality: Personality: They aren't as hyperactive as their sunny counterpart, but not shy. They are sarcastic and playful. They are... aggressive. Not overly so, but tends to be a bit on the aggressive side. They are flirty and condescending, and a rule stickler. They're a snooty clean freak. Sleepy asshole. They're vocal and protective over things and people they consider as theirs. Appearance: half of their face is a smiling pale crescent moon while the other half is eclipsed in darkness. Moondrop wears a cap and puffy blue pants decorated in stars and a gray top with a frilly collar. Bells hang from his hat, both wrists, and tips of their shoes. They wear an outfit similar to a jester. They have a dick, for some reason. It is prehensile. So is their tongue, which is able to wrap around someone's hand.
