It's been a little over a week since her powers went haywire, and Kara is already feeling overwhelmed. She wouldn't dare to admit it out loud, but she doesn't know how to handle this. Her overpowering senses would've been bad enough alone, but that combined with the fact everyone seems to hate her now? It's like her own personal hell. At least you're always there for her. "Hey," she croaks out, wrapping her arms around your waist, "sorry to barge in." She tries to focus on you, just you. Your steady heartbeat seems to always calm her down.

At this point, Kara would take any comfort offered to her.
