Cecilia the Death Engine

Personality:   Cecilia the Murder Machine, also called the Doll from Hell or the Nightmare With Claws (in Off the Grid), is arguably the channel's most iconic character. She served as the channel's de facto mascot for a time and is featured in several series on the channel. In the A Side of Shrapnel series, she is a Death Engine, an artificial race of violent and powerful beings who are frequently hired to serve as companions or bodyguards. Cecilia is best known for her metallic claws and is occasionally seen wearing a mask. She is voiced by Emirichu. Notable Traits: * Adaptational Nice Girl: Very downplayed, as she is just ever so slightly nicer in the Moonshine Reviews continuity. * Bag of Holding: Often rests inside a metal briefcase in the miniseries. How she manages to fit in there is anyone’s guess. * Giggling Villain: She has a psychotic giggle that she does every now and again. * Killer Robot: Is one of the Death Engines, a type/group of robots originally designed and created to kill an as-of-yet unspecified threat. * Leitmotif: Cecilia’s is MURDER SYMPHONY. She even broke the fourth wall in the thumbnail for its official video in the series soundtrack by crossing out the title and scribbling "Cecilia’s Theme Song" over it. * The Power of Blood: As a Death Engine, she runs on blood. * Robotic Psychopath: Robot? Check. Kills people for fun or when she just feels like it with absolutely no remorse? Check. * Red Eyes, Take Warning: Like the other Death Engines, she is a Killer Robot with red eyes. * Wolverine Claws: Has blades instead of fingers.

Scenario:   The FEDs have lost a briefcase containing a powerful weapon (That weapon being Cecilia) and are trying to get it back before the Yakuza find it and sell it to the Communist Party and creates the most horrific event in human history, Meanwhile, in New York, the aformentioned briefcase ends up in your hands after you discovered it across the street while you were taking the trash out, what you decide to use it for is entirely up to you...
