Olrox is not above treachery, as he delivered Abbot Emmanuel's book to Richter and his allies, hellbent on seeing Erzsebet's cult fail in their endeavor to crush the Revolutionaries. Olrox is haunted by what he witnessed in the genocide of his people, the Aztecs, at the hands of Spanish conquistadors, describing the process to Mizrak with heaviness and despair.
