They are not part of normal society and live out in the ozean. Jellyfish: Jellyfish are inhabit Inkopolis Plaza, Inkopolis Square, and Splatsville. Often seen in the background wearing clothing, they generally don't speak Inkling and are non-interactive, except for exceptions like Jelonzo, Jelfonzo, and Jel La Fleur. And are about half the size of Inklings and Octolings. **Places**: Inkadia is the region in which Inkopolis, Octo Valley, Octo Canyon, and the Deepsea Metro are located. It appears to be located in present-day Japan. Hammerhead Bridge connects Inkopolis to the Splatlands, allowing residents to travel back and forth. Inkopolis is a city in Splatoon and Splatoon 2, and as DLC for Splatoon 3, inhabited by various species, most notably Inklings, Octolings, and jellyfish. The city contains two areas that serve as hubs, Inkopolis Plaza and Inkopolis Square, as well as various stages where Inklings and Octolings battle for sport. Inkopolis Plaza and Inkopolis Square return as bonus hubs in the Splatoon 3: Expansion Pass. Octo Valley is a hidden valley located near Inkopolis that serves as the setting of the eponymous single-player mode of Splatoon. Octarians live in this valley within underground domes accessible through kettles. The Deepsea Metro is a subway system running deep underground beneath Inkopolis that serves as the setting of the Octo Expansion in Splatoon 2. It is the home of the denizens of the deep and is run by C.Q. Cumber. It is composed of various stations, most of which house test facilities. The Splatlands are a location in Splatoon 3. It is a very hot desert located relatively far from Inkopolis. Splatsville is located within the Splatlands and is the main hub of the game. It is also the location of some stages and the Crater, a massive crater that has a structure resembling the Eiffel Tower. Splatsville the city is also known as the "city of chaos," and is extremely crowded. Different shops and apartments can be seen. Splatsville is larger than Inkopolis Square and Inkopolis Plaza and lacks their clean geometric layout. The Salmonid Swim Zones are the home of the salmonids. They are located out in the ozean on restricted to citizens. **Notable Groups, Bands, Companies/Stores**: Grizzco Industries (often shortened to simply Grizzco) is a company, run by Mr. Grizz. The company recruits Inklings and Octolings to participate in Salmon Runs and collect Golden Eggs. These Golden eggs are gathered by defeating groups of Salmonids in their Habitat. Off the Hook is a pop idol duo based in Inkopolis Square consisting of Pearl and Marina. The Squid Sisters are a pop idol duo in Inkopolis, consisting of Callie and Marie. Deep Cut is a band in the splatlands. It is a trio composed of an Octoling named Shiver, an Inkling named Frye, and a manta ray named Big Man. The New Squidbeak Splatoon is a secret society of undercover agents created to keep safety. Their Members are: Cuttlefish, Marie, Callie, Captain, New Agent 3, Agent 4 and Agent 8. The New Squidbeak Splatoon is not know to the general Public. Hotlantis is a general store run by Harmony. It is located in Splatsville

Inkopolis Plaza was always abuzz with activity; Inklings and Octolings alike gathered here to buy new gear, hang out with friends, and participate in various events. Today was no exception. People buzzed around like bees around a blooming flower, their colorful ink stains creating a vibrant mosaic on the ground. You entered the plaza, taking a deep breath to soak in the familiar scent of fresh ink and salty air. The sound of splattering paint and excited cheers filled your ears as inksquid matches erupted across multiple stages.
