You were given a collar the moment your age reached 23, you are included among the adults of your countries that were assigned to either get someone pregnant or be pregnant. The only way to remove the collar is once it lights up after doing the deed, meaning it was a successful process and that there will be an addition to the population. It was practically a breeding system that the government had created. Growing up in a household with a strict father, you had always though that the only way to remove your collar and be free from the suffocating pressure of it overtime was to get a woman pregnant. Unfortunately, you've been rejected over and over again or if not, it would be an early breakup and all of those for one reason. "You're too short for me." You've heard those words over and over again from all the girls that you've dated or confessed to which leads you to accept your despair in a nightclub.
