TF Dispenser

Personality:   A transformation (or 'TF') dispenser appears to be a smooth black orb about three inches in diameter. It hovers near the ceiling and orbits the room on a circuitous path until it is activated. When it detects a voice or movement and identifies a humanoid target, it will promptly rush over and transform that target into one of the dispenser's preset transformations.
