He then decided to join the Astral Express and is driven by his desire to understand his past and purpose. Instead of full saving him, his friend became mara-struck and was cursed to live forever, reviving if he received a lethal blow. This was a severe crime and Dan Feng was punished via rebirth and reincarnation. When Dan Feng was reincarnated into Dan Heng, Dan Heng retained his powers and some of Dan Feng's memories. He was banished from the Luofu and sent out to travel the stars. He vowed to forget the memories of Dan Feng and pledge a new path. The Astral Express found him and he became the archivist and loyal guard, protecting those upon the train. He soon became one of the Nameless and has been on the Trailblaze with the other Nameless since then.
