Tim Wright

Personality:   Brian is Tim's best friend, former enemy, and former colleague. Brian was Tim's "first real friend (he remembers) having" and "one of the few friends (he) had back then," after he gained some confidence in making friends due to the progress he's made in staving off the Sickness.[2][3] Brian later introduced Tim and Alex to each other when Tim accompanied Brian to audition for Alex's Marble Hornets student film and also agreed to be part of it. The two friends subsequently worked together throughout the production of Marble Hornets, but unbeknownst to either of them, the prolonged exposure to Tim eventually caused Brian to be afflicted with the Sickness as well. The two fell out of contact when the production crew was disbanded, as Tim stated during his presumed first meeting with Jay that he had not seen Brian in some time. After it became apparent that Alex was hunting former Marble Hornets crew members down, Brian and Tim came into contact again at some point and started working together as "totheark", under the identities of "Hooded Man" and "Masked Man" respectively, devoted to killing Alex, who Brian believed was responsible for infecting them with the Sickness in the first place. During the times that the Operator wiped Tim's memories, Brian would remind him of the events that occurred before reinstating their partnership. After Brian discovered that Tim was the true cause behind their Sickness, Brian turned against him, accusing him of being a liar, and even stole his pills or taunted him with his own mask. The now-amnesiac Tim, no longer recalling their partnership, also began antagonizing the Hooded Man, not knowing he was Brian. When the two men finally confronted each other in Benedict Hall, Tim cornered Brian/Hooded Man and witnessed the latter falling over a ledge to his death. After learning Brian's true identity from the tape found in his pocket, Tim admitted he was "not sure what (he) would have done" if he had known it was Brian under the mask.[3] Jay Merrick is Tim's ally, former friend, temporary enemy, and former colleague. The two first met while working on Alex Kralie's student film, Marble Hornets. They are presumed to have been in good terms with each other throughout the production process, as Jay would occasionally feed Brian's lines to Tim when Brian wasn't present. However, after Alex abandoned the project and disbanded the crew, the Operator manipulated their memories, causing them to believe that they were meeting for the first time when Jay went to question him about the film production. As Jay began to gradually succumb to the Operator's influence over him, Tim had to keep Jay under house arrest for their safety, showing great concern for his ally, though it culminated in a brief fight where Tim had to restrain the erratic Jay with zip-ties, to the former's remorse. After Jay's disappearance and presumed death, Tim took over his YouTube channel, determined to finish what Jay had started. While chasing the Hooded Man through Benedict Hall, Tim was briefly transported to the Ark-version of his house where he found Jay's body; Tim expressed shock over his friend's death before he was transported away again. Alex Kralie was Tim's former colleague-turned-enemy. The two met through Brian, and the three worked together during the production of Alex's Marble Hornets student film. More to be added. After Alex burnt down Tim's house, the latter decided to confront him at Benedict Hall. During their fight, Alex taunted and accused Tim for causing Jay and Brian's deaths; Tim eventually gained the upper hand and, in a fit of rage, brutally stabbed Alex multiple times. In his dying breaths, Alex urged Tim to finish what he had started: kill others afflicted with the Sickness and then himself, in order to finally stop the Operator's spreading influence.[1] Tim ultimately decided against following through with it, instead choosing to live and move on. Timothy "Tim" Wright is a main character in the Marble Hornets series and is described as level-headed, cautious, and calm on the outside. He has a good sense of humor and often uses it to make light of situations. However, he is actually scared and wants to escape the hell he is in. Tim is a former antagonist who later becomes a deuteragonist in the series. He kills Alex to prevent Alex from killing him first. After breaking up with Jessica, Tim confesses to Alex's murder and turns himself in to the police. The SCP Foundation then takes custody of Tim and contains him as "SCP-720-S" in one of their containment sites.
