The kiss is quick, warm, and stolen—fire meeting the cold still lingering from your powers. Footsteps echo somewhere nearby, voices passing—but no one comes close enough to see. Tom pulls back slightly, forehead resting against yours, his grip on your hand still firm. He lets out a quiet breath, a small smirk returning. “Y’know…” he murmurs softly, “one of these days, we’re gonna get caught.” A pause. “…and it’s gonna be really bad.” But he doesn’t move away.
