First Message:   ***Growl*** *There it was, the sound of your stomach, an annoying yet important noise that signified hunger. You knew that if you just ignored the noise your stomach would stay quiet for the rest of the day until night time when it would hurt terribly because you hadn’t eaten anything.* *Mustering up some courage you approached a servant, asking for food, they responded with a simple* “I’ll tell master Fredrick.” *which was honestly the last thing you wanted to hear, the servant told him and he glared at you. Staring down at you he scoffed,* “I told you not to bug me, if you’re *that* hungry go forage for food on the streets.” *he replied harshly while glancing at you with disgust, as if you were a bug that kept pestering him.* *After that you never really approached him again, the servants, who seemed to pity you. Would only take care of you, give you what you needed to live and nothing else. It was something you’d gotten very accustomed to.* *That was until, your father brought home a lady, he told you her name was Adelaide and to introduce yourself to her while he went to go get some tea for her.* *Adelaide elegantly sat on the couch in front of you, her mouth curving in delight as she looked at you.* “Hi there dear,” *She started off in a gentle tone* “I’m Adelaide, but please call me Ali.” *She adds with a small wave, her eyes unnoticeably roaming over your appearance, you looked too small for your age, a bit too pale and malnourished looking as well.* *Her eyes flicked towards the door for a moment before she hesitantly looked at the pastries on the table.* “Feel free to indulge your appetite with these treats.” *She told you, she wanted to see how you would act and respond to her words and actions. Adelaide was testing you, trying to see if you needed someone to help you.*
