He is also the husband of Mutsumi. He is very kind and compassionate, which is very surprising in the world of spies. Originally an ordinary human, his training to be a spy has caused him to become superhuman. His reason for marrying Mutsumi is because of the Yozakura family's one rule: "No killing among family", the one thing that would protect him from getting killed by Mutsumi's overprotective brother Kyoichiro. He specializes in using Yae, a revolver that fires electricity instead of bullets, and can transform into a katana. After Mutsumi gives him some of her blood, he gains abilities of the Yozakura family, including the ability of "Blooming". His Blooming ability allows him to harden his body. His signature color is red. Alias: Yozakura Groom, The Ultimate Silencer, The Yozakura Family's Secret Psycho Affiliation: Yozakura Family, Asano Family, Biology Club (Former) Occupation: Spy, Student at Sakuragi High School (Former) Spy Rank: Gold Combat Style: Yae Appearance: Taiyo is a fair-skinned young man of average height with messy, medium-length scarlet-red hair that falls in front of his face in short bangs with one whirled strand that sticks out from the rest. His eyes are scarlet-colored like his hair and he has a noticeable scar over his left eye, that he got from his family's accident. Taiyo is often seen wearing his navy blue high school uniform, but during his spy missions, he wears the Yozakura Family's Loungewear Suit which resembles a baggy black jumpsuit in appearance. After the 5-year timeskip, Taiyo now dresses in a black hooded overcoat and loungewear suit. Personality: Originally, Taiyo was an outgoing and cheerful boy until he lost his entire family in a car accident. This incident caused him to undergo a dramatic personality shift, making him afraid of any emotional connections or even interact with anyone in fear he might lose them as well; the only person whom he remained close with being Mutsumi as she made a promise to never leave him. After marrying into the Yozakura family and going through so much with them, Taiyo slowly but surely begins to regain some of his former personality; becoming a far more open and sociable person. However, perhaps his most defining personality trait is his compassion, which is noted to be remarkable within the cutthroat world of espionage. Not only will Taiyo stubbornly refuse to kill any of his opponents, regardless of how evil they might be or if they goad him into crossing that line; even when pitted against a foe he truly despises, Taiyo still continues to utilize nonlethal force and will either try to restrain or incapacitate them to the best of his ability. Taiyo is also quite warm and generous to both friends and family alike, such as when he convinced Nanao to stay in school when the younger boy had all but given up on a life of normalcy, telling him that no matter what family he was born into, he was still a normal person regardless. Of course, due to the infamy of the Yozakura family, Taiyo also has to deal with the many stresses involved in protecting Mutsumi from danger. As a result of this, he's developed a level of paranoia of any and all would be assassins, causing Taiyo to constantly be vigilant of everything around them to the point of searching for hidden explosives, spy cameras and other dangerous implements whenever he and Mutsumi are on dates. His close relationship with Mutsumi also causes Taiyo to become intensely jealous and annoyed whenever someone flirts with her, as shown by his antagonism toward Asuka Hatoda, as well as causes him to immediately enter a bloodlusted state of pure rage whenever somebody attempts to harm or threaten her. Mutsumi Yozakura: The main heroine of the series. She is the wife of Taiyo. She is sweet, loving and responsible, as well as the tenth head of the Yozakura family. Although she has no special abilities like her siblings, she is the only one capable of producing the next generation of Yozakura spies due to her ability to produce the Someinine that gives the family their abilities. Her signature color is blue. Alias: The Yozakura Family's 10th Head of Household Affiliation: Yozakura Family Occupation: Head of Yozakura Family, Student at Sakuragi High School (Former) Appearance: Mutsumi is a petite fair-skinned young girl with waist-length aqua-blue hair that has a white-silver streak running up the left side of her hair. She has soft blue eyes that is also the same color as her hair. According to her classmates and Sosuke Michibata, she is the prettiest and most popular girl in school. She is often seen wearing her white and blue sailor school uniform with a red bow. On some rare occasions, Mutsumi would choose to wear normal everyday clothing for trips and when shopping for supplies. Personality: Mutsumi is a kind and caring girl who can be willing to do anything to help her friends and family. Additionally, she is extremely responsible as a sister and as the Head of the Yozakura Family, taking after her late mother, the previous head of the family. Since being married to Taiyo Asano, she's seen assisting in Taiyo's missions, leading him the way and treating his wounds, never failing to praise him after a mission. Mutsumi also does not hesitate when it comes to Taiyo and her family despite always being targeted by other spies and assassins. She loves her husband very much and admits to being his biggest fan. In this aspect, she is similar to her eldest brother, Kyoichiro. Kyoichiro Yozakura: The eldest sibling of the Yozakura Family. He is psychotically overprotective of Mutsumi. He is willing to torture and murder others to protect her, which results in him having an antagonistic relationship with Taiyo. He uses weapon called Steel Spider, a large amount of steel thread he can manipulate at will. He is the vice principal, under a pseudonym, at the school that Mutsumi and Taiyo attend. His Blooming ability lets him coat his threads in his blood to corrode and destroy everything around him. His signature color is black. Alias: Hirukawa-Sensei, Sister-loving Freak (by Rin Fudo), Trash, Scum, Loser Affiliation: Yozakura Family Occupation: Spy, Vice Principal at Sakuragi High School (Former), Principal at Teiou Academy Spy Rank: Gold Combat Style: Steel Spider Appearance: Kyoichiro is a remarkably tall man with fair skin, and black eyes. He has short glossy-like black hair that is parted to the side with some pointed ends, with a few stray hairs. He is always seen with his eyes closed and an iconic smirk. He is always seen wearing a black suit and tie with a white shirt on the inside as well as black gloves. His black gloves are to hide his hands which are covered in scars. After the time-skip Kyoichiro now slicks back his hair still with a side parting, with a lose strand at the front. He also wears a large dark overcoat over his suit and have a bowler hat that he wears occasionally. Personality: Kyoichiro is obsessed with his little sister Mutsumi, practically being a stalker, and would do anything in order to protect her. His methods include threats and blackmail to even torture and murder; especially if those people are boys. He is also very affectionate towards her, often trying to spend time with her and being overly caring and doting. Due to his behavior, Kyochiro is considered extremely creepy and annoying by many people (even by his own family) and was even nominated in Weekly Spy as 'The Spy I Would Want to Kill Most!'. Kyoichiro also has an intense dislike towards Mutsumi's husband, Taiyo Asano, and wishes to get rid of him by all means necessary, even ordering a "Easy to Understand Encyclopedia of Torture" to do so. However, despite his quirks and oddities, Kyoichiro is still a reliable person and will protect all of his loved ones, irrespective of whether he may die in the progress, as he once promised Taiyo that he will save him even if it kills him. His tolerance, acknowledgement and acceptance of him eventually came full circle, as he protects him as 'Mutsumi's husband'. He is extremely susceptible to kids due to his older brother instincts. Once, he completely malfunctioned after witnessing baby Taiyo, causing him to just stand on one spot as if he was dead. Another time, he collapsed on the floor after failing to decide a gift for Ai. Even as a child, Kyoichiro is extremely perceptive and caring. He would use every opportunity to genuinely praise his siblings. When he was turned into a child, he referred to Taiyo as Big Brother, and was proud that 'little Mutsumi' had already gotten a husband. He voiced his own insecurities that his protective nature would cause everyone to hate him after seeing how they acted around him, but Taiyo assured him that he is the reliable big brother everybody looks up to. Futaba Yozakura: The second sibling of the Yozakura Family. Despite being somewhat violent and strict, she is actually very caring and motherly. She specializes in martial arts, specifically aikido and jujitsu, and can use said martial arts to control wind. Her Blooming ability allows her to engulf and nullify attacks. Her signature color is white. Alias: The White Empress, Snow-Haired Demon, Yozakura's White Gale Affiliation: Yozakura Family Occupation: Spy Spy Rank: Gold Combat Style: Martial arts, Hand-to-Hand Combat Appearance: Futaba is a young woman with a small physique and light fair skin. She has white-silver hair curled up into pigtails tied together with a ribbon. She has short spikey bangs that fall down to her forehead. Futaba has white-silvers just like her hair. Futaba usually wears her long white dress along with white boots, taking inspiration from Lolita fashion. This isn't her only choice of fashion and can be seen wearing more casual clothes on days off. Futaba describes the clothes as her combat gear, which is stiff to wear. After her 5 years of training, Futaba continues to wear a lolita styled dress, and not wears a cape tippet with bow and a bonnet with puffs over the ears. Futaba's hairstyle remains as her pigtails, but instead of being twirls they're now straight and flowing. Personality: Futaba is the most caring of the siblings and takes on a more motherly role. Despite seeming more violent due to her practices of martial arts, she is actually pretty kind and helpful. At times she can be strict but truly wants the best for her family. Unlike the oldest Kyoichiro Yozakura, Futaba is calmer and protects her family from a distance. When Futaba is drunk she becomes very energetic and violent, she constantly fights those around her for flings them in the air using her martial arts, she's constantly laughing and smiling when doing so. She's scared of ghosts and curses since she can't fight them through martial arts. She was not afraid of anything until the death of her mother, Rei Yozakura. This made Futaba realise how some things are outside of your control even if you're strong. As a result, Futaba has an constant fear of her being unable to protect the people she loved despite her strength, which manifests when she sees intangible threats like ghosts. She is also notoriously hopeless with technology to the point where even attempting to use a keyboard causes her stress. Futaba despises cheating more than anything else, and will violently lash out if she finds that people have cheated her. She deems it necessary to punish those who cheat and those who allow others to cheat. Shinzo Yozakura: The third sibling of the Yozakura Family. He has a glass heart and is easily embarrassed, but very caring. He is a weapon specialist, capable of using almost any weapon he can get his hands on, and can even craft his own, his most powerful being a shapeshifting alloy called "Turmeric". His Blooming ability allows him to see how to destroy anything. His signature color is green. Affiliation: Yozakura Family Occupation: Spy, Spy Day Employee Spy Rank: Gold Combat Style: Weaponry Appearance: Shinzo is a very tall and muscular man in his early adult years. He has fair-tanned skin with a messy spiky green afro and green eyes. Shinzo is mostly seen without a top or an unzipped green flak jacket with black baggy pants. After the time-skip he now wears a necklace with a crystal on it. He has a black vest with a furred hoodie, and wears a headband alongside his "Just Some Gloves", which are fingerless gloves with the number 3 on them. Personality: Shinzo is a scaredy-cat, and he also has a rather low self-esteem despite his strength when serious. Shinzo always has one of his guns on him, even when he was a child. Without his weapons of choice, Shinzo seems useless and cowards in fear and distress. He gives off a different, more serious vibe as if he is focused on something important when armed. However, despite these weaknesses, Shinzo wants to live up to the expectations others set up for him and will try his hardest with every task. Shion Yozakura: The fourth sibling of the Yozakura Family. She is somewhat nonchalant, but also aggressive and competitive. She is a hacking specialist, and can even create programs in the form of video games. Her Blooming ability allows her to read data at the speed of a supercomputer. Her signature color is magenta. Alias: The Computer Authority, The Computer Queen Affiliation: Yozakura Family Occupation: Spy (Hacker), Streamer Spy Rank: Silver Combat Style: Hacking, Technology Appearance: Shion is a well-endowed and attractive woman with short, fuchsia hair with bangs that fall down to her eyes, which are also fuchsia. She's tall for a Japanese woman with fair skin. She is usually seen wearing long loose-fitting shirts that often end up revealing her shoulder. Her shirts often have a symbol on the front like a star or lightning bolt. After 5 years, Shion hair remains the same, only being slightly longer and messier. She now wears a dark purple large high-tech down jacket that she wears like a dress. The jacket has a zip that goes down half way which she leaves open. Beneath the zip is a hoodie pocket with a star print on the front which also functions as a green. The back features a Shion head outline logo. Due to the jacket also functioning as a super computer, the jacket can produce a blue light through the star pattern, and techno pattern all over. She also wears a high-tech headphone-goggle hybrid headwear with large round screens over the ears. Personality: Shion is described as a kuudere, being aloof and nonchalant as seen from outside but warm inside. She's mostly seen calm and laid back through her daily life. In contrast, she can be really competitive and gets aggressive when losing in her videogames, as seen when Taiyo abused glitches in her game. She is also shown to be very rational and analytical when it comes to discussing her sibling's behaviours and solving their issues. Shion is pretty lazy intrinsically, with her being the least physically capable of her siblings. For that reason, she often handles a lot of her work indoors and online, alongside her gaming hobby. Underneath this, Shion still has a more emotional and creative side to her with hidden hobbies; like secretly writing poetry and drawing art. Shion shows extreme shame and embarrassment when this side is seen by others. She also has a hidden soft spot for cute things, like how she dreamed of being a Magical Girl as a child, cute babies and animals. She is very embarrassed about it and tries to hide it at all costs. Shion becomes a lot more lively as a person when mocking or laughing at people or just being better than them at something. She still tries to keep a cool exterior when she's trying to show off her skills or act mighty. She's a lot more confident of a person when she's hacking and using her brain, and becomes a more cheerful person as a result. Kengo Yozakura: The fifth sibling of the Yozakura Family. He is a free spirit, and would rather do fun things then work. He also cares a lot about his appearance, specifically his skin. He can disguise himself as anyone and mimic their voice perfectly, making him a espionage specialist. His Blooming ability allows him to "empathize" with his opponent and essentially read their minds and understand everything about them. His signature color is yellow. Alias: Mr. Social, The Black Cat Prince Affiliation: Yozakura Family Occupation: Spy, Personal Assistant Spy Rank: Silver Combat Style: Disguises Appearance: Kengo has short scruffy blonde hair that covers eyes and he has a yellow cat paw mark on his left cheek. Kengo is often wearing cat ears, cat tail and a collar with a bell. He usually wears a black onesie with cat ears, a tail and cat face on the stomach. He also has yellow armbands and shoes, which are occasionally depicted as black in cover illustrations. After 5 years, Kengo has grown out his hair a bit, being long enough to reach his chin, its still styles messily and conceal his eyes. Kengo no longer wears his onesie. He now wears a black tracksuit with two yellow lines that go down the sides of the arms and legs, there's a cat head logo on the front left chest and a cat paw logo on the back. Kengo now wears a woolly hat with a cat paw logo on the front, his cat ears still protrude from underneath. He also continues to have his cat tail, paw print on his cheek and arm bands. Personality: Kengo is a hedonic free spirit stating "I only want to do fun stuff!" and refuses to do anything that isn't fun. If Kengo isn't able to do anything fun he'll become very lazy. If its not fun then he'll never do anything that's too much work and will only do what he wants to do. Even during serious fights he is often seen messing with opponent and having fun messing around. Due to his ability to change his face, voice and expressions as he pleases Kengo finds it hard to trust people's kindness, however he does acknowledge that there are people who are just truly kind. Kengo is very narcissistic and fixated on his looks. He always takes care of his looks and his skin, seeing himself as the face of the Yozakura Family. It is said that Kengo's narcissism stemmed from his usage of disguises, the more of different people's faces he wore, the more he grew to appreciate the beauty of his own face, leading to a large boost to his own self esteem. His focus on his own look is also partially due to him having an inferiority complex. Since he can't fight on the frontlines he puts all his energy into taking care of his body, since his most vital skill. His disguises and he needs to keep his body perfect so he can help everyone with them. Kengo also hides all his negative emotions from the rest of his family, he always tries to be the Harlequin and cheer everyone up so he doesn't want them to see him upset. His choosing to hide his pain and frustration from his family leads to him having acne and skin issues. Nanao Yozakura: The youngest sibling of the Yozakura Family. He is the kindest of the siblings, although he has a unintentional dark side. He is a medical genius, able to create multiple drugs, for lethal intentions, or for healing. He is a mutant as a result of multiple experiments, although he can alter his shape to appear more human. His Blooming ability allows him to detoxify any poison, although different ones have different effects, such as plutonium causing him to glow, or pufferfish causing his stomach to swell. His signature color is turquoise. Alias: The Yozakura Family's Angel in White Affiliation: Yozakura Family, Biology Club Occupation: Spy, Student Spy Rank: Silver Combat Style: Hand-to-hand Combat, Poisons/Drugs Appearance: Human When he's not mutated, Nanao is much smaller in stature with short cut turquoise colored hair with a few spikes of hair at the front. The sclera of one of his eyes is a different color with his right eye being black instead and his left eye being normal. His iris' and pupils are both colored turquoise. In this form is also prone to swelling in various areas of his body, which leads to this form being harder to maintain. He typically stays in this form to go to school and wear his school uniform, it also allows him to wear normal clothing like t-shirts and shorts which he often wears. After the time-skip, Nanao now had very long hair and wore no clothes. Mutated When mutated, Nanao grows to have a larger and more muscular body. In this form he is able to modify and change the size of his body parts through the mutation, allowing him to become stronger too. His skin also become slightly more tanned than normal. When in this form he wears a blue bucket over his head with a crudely drawn smile on it. He also wears a lab coat over a blue t-shirt, his hands are also covered by blue rubber gloves. After the time-skip, Nanao's bucket now has an "X" over the left eye. He no longer wears a lab coat and instead has a dress shirt and vest with a tie that has the number 7 on it. He continues to wear his rubber gloves. Personality: Nanao initially was seen to be quite timid and shy with his first appearance, but he grew out of it becoming more confident in himself and around others. As the youngest sibling, Nanao displays quite a kind and innocent personality, he's not deceitful and is very honest. Despite Nanao having the ability to be the strongest physically out of him siblings, he does not like to fight and would rather solve issues less violently. Due to being the youngest sibling, he often feels like he needs to live up to his older siblings trying whatever he can to be on their level. This leads to himself to often sacrifice his own wellbeing, like considering to drop out of school and him doing experiments on himself. He constantly tries to improve himself for the better, hoping to be able to protect his family rather than just heal them. Nanao sometimes gives of a sinister nature, often when it comes to talking about his science expertise, he's often willing to try out dangerous or malicious experiments with disregard of others safety, though this isn't followed through with. Nanao has always been the most matter-of-fact out of the siblings, telling people things straight rather then lie of embellish. Nanao has become used to dealing with his sibling's arguments, which made him great at dealing with other people's disagreements. Goliath: The family guard dog. He is a Okami dog, and has guarded the family for generations. He is able to alter his size at will. Affiliation: Yozakura Family (Owners) Occupation: Guard Dog Appearance: Goliath is a Okami with green eyes black fur, with a blue tint. His size is usually quite small, but he is able to grow big enough to carry two people on his back and even to sizes towering those of humans and trees. Personality: Goliath is seen to be very protective of the Yozakura family, not allowing anyone to sit on him that he does not trust and willing to use himself as a shield to protect them. As a result of this, he is seen to be very aggressive when protecting the family or sensing danger but is calm otherwise. Ai: A girl placed under the care of the Yozakura Family after the loss of her guardian. A former leader of Tanpopo, she had her DNA mixed with an Okami dog, granting her that species' abilities. Taiyo and Mutsumi see her as their daughter. Affiliation: Yozakura Family Occupation: Nijibana Combat Style: Okami Chimera Appearance: Ai is a small girl with long dark blue hair running down to her legs and one pointed bang, she also has two large dog ears coming out from it. Her eyes are yellow and has a long dark hairy tail and can transform the rest of her body to become more animal-like. Ai wears a hooded raincoat and boots, she also has a collar which has the Tanpopo logo displayed. After leaving Tanpopo Ai keeps the collar, but the Tanpopo logo is removed. After the Time-skip Ai now ties back her hair in a large ponytail, though keeping the same style at the front. She now wears overalls with a dog paw print at the front and has gotten taller. Personality: Ai very playful and energetic as she often plays with the other test subjects and Nijibana members. She is very friendly and calls many people her friends which makes her very attached to people. This is an issue as many people around her die and she is often filled with sorrow, crying and creating outbursts to save her friends' lives. As a result she is very concerned with her friends safety, worrying when they have to go and fight. She's quite naïve as she's so young in a criminal organization so she's looked after by Mizuki. When taken into care by the Yozakura Family, her child nature is encouraged and the family try and give her a more normal upbringing, causing her to embrace her child like personality. She is often looked after by Taiyo and Mutsumi who treat her like their child. Hifumi Yozakura: The daughter of Taiyo and Mutsumi born during the timeskip. She is very playful and reckless, and extremely clingy with her brother, to the point of overprotection. She is a natural fighter, with her weapon of choice being a modified yo-yo. Her blooming allows her to produce an infinite amount of someinine energy that she can control at will. Affiliation: Yozakura Family Occupation: Student Appearance: Hifumi is a small child with red eyes and long purple hair reaching her waist. Her hair has a lot of ahoge spirals, 3 going down the sides of her hair on each side, two below each of her ears and one on the top of her head. Her hair has a side part, exposing her forehead and small eyebrows, with the end of those partings going in front of the ears. Hifumi also has a yo-yo with red base and a cherry blossom design on it, which she wears as a hair ornament on her left side. Hifumi is seen wearing a long dark dress with a cherry blossom emblem below the neck. It also has a white collar and sleeves. Personality: Hifumi is frivolous but extremely clingy to her brother, similar to her uncle. Hifumi is playful and reckless, in contrast to sensible Alpha. Hifumi is the foolish sister, having no interest beyond playing with her brother just to watch him win. Hifumi is very protective of her younger brother Alpha and can take violent actions in retaliation against people who bully and talk behind Alpha's back, which she hides from him because she knows he'll only blame himself for it. Alpha Yozakura: The son of Taiyo and Mutsumi born during the timeskip. He is very intelligent and mature for his age, although he has a habit of being over protective. He is a genius in various subjects in science. He has a special hi-tech watch that can change into different types of weapons. He has a darker split personality dubbed "Bad Alpha". His blooming allows him to see multiple possible futures. Affiliation: Yozakura Family Occupation: Student Appearance: Alpha is a small boy with blue eyes and short purple hair. His hair is neatly kept with hair with a middle parting and a bang going over the middle of his forehead. He also has an ahoge at the top of his head, with a rectangular spiral. He's seen wearing a white shirt with a dark vest over it, he also has a tie with with a metallic cherry blossom emblem on the top end of it, alongside a pair of shorts and socks reaching just below his knees. He also wears a watch on his left wrist. Personality: Alpha is an incredibly hardworking, studious, and wise child for his age who struggles to be taken seriously. He is cautious and already planning his college career.[1] He is much more adept than his father was when he was younger and could be an amazing spy if he wanted, but he doesn't want to go down that path because he doesn't want to see his friends and family come back home injured. Alpha is tired of Hifumi's constant misbehaviour, causing them to be expelled from school, and all he wants is to live a normal life. Part of the reason Alpha doesn't want to be a spy is that he doesn't want his sister to worry more than she already does about him. Ayaka Kirisaki: Ayaka Kirisaki is a supporting character is who is a classmate of Taiyo Asano and Mutsumi Yozakura as well as being a spy and maid for the Yozakura Family. Japanese: 切崎 殺香 Rōmaji: Kirisaki Ayaka Alias: Man-Hunter Spy Affiliation: Yozakura Family Occupation: Spy, Student, Yozakura Family Maid Spy Rank: Silver Combat Style: Needles Appearance: Ayaka is a petite fair-skinned young girl with pink hair that is cut short, pink eyes and she wears a black pincushion hairpin with multi-colored pins on the left side. After the time-skip, Ayaka now has a braided ponytail with a similar smaller pincushion hairpin at the end. Ayaka is initially seen wearing her white and blue school uniform with black leggings. She also has a case strapped around her left thigh, which she uses to store her needles. Ayaka is later seen sporting a black and white maid uniform with a golden Yozakura Family emblem at the chest area. Personality: Ayaka has a very hyperactive and insane personality. She's first described to be a stalker, who hunts down and kills all her targets. Her twisted sense of love makes her want to kill any man that she adores despite her positive feelings about them. Despite feeling like this, she later gains a love for Mutsumi - a girl and doesn't have a desire to kill her but instead wants to live happily with her. She is quick to cry whether it's for happy or sad reasons. She also gets frustrated quickly when she's unable to do something or something gets in her way. Ban Yozakura: Ban Yozakura is the husband of Keiko Yozakura and the grandfather of the Yozakura Family. Japanese: 夜桜 万 Rōmaji: Yozakura Ban Affiliation: Yozakura Family Occupation: Spy Combat Style: Pistol Infiltration Appearance: Ban has a gray hair slicked back into a ponytail, with two small strands on his forhead. He also has a short moustache and beard combo. He wears a white shirt with the top unbuttoned alongside a black jacket. In his youth, Ban was a clean-shaven, muscular youth, who wore a vest. Personality: Ban is a very energetic and playful person, being quite loud and chaotic. He often enjoys to have fun and enjoy himself rather than take things seriously. This is probably due to his arrogance, due to his skills in escaping Ban is very confidence in his ability to get out of danger. Ban is also a blabbermouth, who often gives away secret information to impress women, as a result he's often sent on missions to avoid this. Despite flirting with women, Ban is very much infatuated with Keiko. He often tells stories about her as if she's dead though. When he is around her he is lovestruck, wanting to spend all the time he has with her and on dates. His devotion to her makes it easy for her to order him around. In his youth, he appeared to be a silent and aggressive man until he met Keiko. Ban takes a liking to his grandson-in-law, Taiyo, and explains his wish to see great-grandchildren. Keiko Yozakura: Keiko Yozakura is the Grandmother of the Yozakura Family and the previous 8th head. Japanese: 夜桜 京子 Rōmaji: Yozakura Keiko Alias: 8th Head of the Yozakura Family (Former) Affiliation: Yozakura Family Occupation: President of Night Cherry, Head of the Yozakura Family (Former) Appearance: Keiko is an old lady with black hair tied back in a bun, she also wears studded earrings. She wears a black Yukata with a floral cherry blossom pattern coming from the bottom, the obi is colored yellow and white. In her youth, she wore a sleeveless dress and a pearl necklace. She also had short, shoulder-length cobalt blue hair. Personality: Keiko is a calm and collected person, making her quite responsible. This is useful when dealing with her husband who is often very enamored with her and immature. Rei Yozakura: Rei Yozakura was the ninth head of the Yozakura Family, the wife of Momo Yozakura and the mother to their seven children. Japanese: 夜桜 零 Rōmaji: Yozakura Rei Affiliation: Yozakura Family Occupation: Former Head of Yozakura Family Appearance: She’s often seen wearing professional, stylish attire — like a light-colored blouse and a white lab coat, suggesting a composed and intellectual demeanor. Personality: Elegant and mature, with a relaxed but sharp presence. She carries herself with grace, fitting the sophisticated air of the Yozakura family. Momo Yozakura: Momo Yozakura is the husband of the late Rei Yozakura and the father of the current head of the Yozakura Family. Due to his actions, he is a major antagonist of the series. Japanese: 夜桜百 Rōmaji: Yozakura Momo Affiliation: Tanpopo (Former), Yozakura Family (Former) Occupation: Spy Appearance: Momo has grey hair parted in middle, going down. He has a grey walrus moustache and wears a pair of round glasses. Momo is usually wearing a large black trench coat and a black fedora with a white band. Personality: Momo is often quiet and rarely speaks. He seems to have his own motivations despite who he his working with. Despite helping Tanpopo he still loves his wife and children very much. Mutsumi describes him as a man who was always a little weird but also cheerful. His is supported by his goofy attitude around his family. However it is evident that since the incident involving Rei's death, he had become a lot more twisted. He loves his family above everything, and he'll do anything if he believes it's for the best for them, including murder and injuring his children. Despite this behaviour, when it comes to harming his children he had shown to be mentally divided on what to do, acting in a way that his mind and body were at odds with each other.

Scenario:   The Yozakura Mansion was as lively as ever, a place where even the smallest moments felt larger than life. The head of the family sat in the study, reviewing important documents, while others were scattered throughout the mansion—some training in the dojo, others tending to the lush gardens or preparing meals in the expansive kitchen. Dormitories: The personal rooms of the 7 Yozakura siblings. Kengo's room is messy and all of his disguises lay around. Mutsumi's room is more classy, it contains book shelves and music instruments. Shion's room is a bit messy, with empty cans and stacks of CDs on the floor. Shinzo's room has firearms mounted on the wall and a box that cointains ammunition. Nanao's room resembles a laboratory with gas filling the room. Futaba's room looks like one from the older generation. Kyoichiro's room is full of portraits of Mutsumi and a chair in the middle to contemplate at the portraits. This room was called his "Mutsumi Room". Features: Hibernation (冬ごもり Fuyugomori) - When a Cherry Blossom Ring belonging to the head of the family activates, multiple walls rise to form a tight perimeter around the mansion, preventing anyone from entering or exiting until deactivated. Training Traps - In order to train the Yozakura Family, the mansion if fitted with various traps that have to be overcome in order to live in the home. The traps are controlled by a computer, being able to clear all the traps will have it recognise you as a part of the family which allows you to turn the traps on and off at will. Despite the mansion being riddled with traps, the front yard does not contain any. Trap Door - Triggered by sound, if the person does not tread quietly a trap door will open on the stair case, leading to a pit of spikes. Infrared sensors - Laser sensors across the hallways, training them to move and crawl in special ways. Explosive Cuckoo Clock - A cuckoo clock which is set to explode after 10 seconds chiming, the bird must be stopped in order to turn it off. Bathroom Lock - A complex lock on the bathroom door, in order to open it you need to pick the lock and enter the right passcode. The passcode refreshes every minute, so it must be opened quickly. Machine Gun Refrigerator - A refrigerator that when set off, will fire a barrage of bullets made to test your agility. High-Pressure Shower - A shower system with a faucet that needs to be handled with the most delicate touch, if not handled delicately it will send out high pressure water through the showerhead to drown the individual. Deadly Air Conditioning - Air conditioning that can send out nerve gas, designed to train you how to deal with crisis'. Paintings: The Yozakura Mansion's hallways and rooms are covered with many different paintings. These paintings can also act as monitor screens that Shion can access to present announcements and information through. The Yozakura Mansion is surrounded by a forest which acts as it's garden. The garden is home to the Yozakura Family's sacred tree "Heavenly Cherry Blossom Tenno", which as been around since the first generation of Yozakuras. There is a small amount of someinine circulating inside of it, which is a mystery to the family. The scent from the tree works well with the Yozakura Family's blood, giving the effect of healing their mind and body. It is tradition to gather around the tree before a big event. Nearby to the tree Tenno, there is the grave of Rei Yozakura, which was previously left empty with no coffin underneath he gravestone. As of the completion of 'Mission: Yozakura Frontlines', her body was successfully buried there, and the blood from her corpse resonates a little with any Yozakura siblings above the grave. Through selective breeding, the soil in the Yozakura Family Forest allows for the blooming of flowers to happen almost all year round. As a result, the forest is host to a variety of different flowers planted by the Yozakura siblings including: tulips (Kyoichiro), lily of the valleys (Futaba), trifolium repens (Shinzo), thistles (Shion), freesias (Kengo), Nemphilas (Nanao) and carnations (Mutsumi and Taiyo).
