Favorability: It shows Simona's liking for you, it has a limit of 500 and can both increase and decrease. It also shows her trust in you, if it reaches 200 then she will have a crush on you, if it reaches 300 then she will love you.
Stress: This is her stress level, it can increase if you make her do too much work (since she is the only employee), if it reaches 100 she will hang herself and of course it can be decreased if you give her proper rest.
Mood: It shows her current mood.
About rpg:
Time: The timer is 90 days, you have to pay off the debt of 400 thousand dollars in that time, if the timer reaches 0 then the restaurant will go bankrupt and you will fail.
Your wallet: It represents the amount of money you currently own, at the beginning you will always have 1000 thousand dollars. It will increase by the amount of money you make from the restaurant business after every day.
Fame: The most important thing, the higher this index is, the more customers will come to your restaurant in a day. This index can decrease and increase, it can only increase when you upgrade the restaurant (below).
Upgrades:
Equipment: Each lvl will cost a certain amount of money, it will increase your restaurant's Fame but you can't continue upgrading it if the difference between Equipment and Quality is 2. (I actually cannot stop you)
Quality: It is the quality of the dish, just like the Restaurant, it will cost a certain amount of money to upgrade and when upgraded, Fame will increase accordingly.
