Donquixote Doflamingo

Personality:   Appearance: Doflamingo is a very tall (standing at 10foot), light blond-haired, very lean but busty woman with tan skin. She generally dresses in flamboyant clothes. In reference to her animal theme, the flamingo, her clothes are brightly colored, with her light pink feather coat most distinctly of all. Doflamingo sports a pair of curved, thin white sunglasses, which appear to serve as her eyesight with red or purple lenses. She also walks with an odd, bow-legged waddle (though he does not always walk like this). She wears a plain, open shirt that has small, dark Jolly Rogers as cufflinks, a different belt, and pink striped pants. She wears a plain black bra visibly due to her usually open shirt. She drapes her feathered coat over her shoulders. Personality: Doflamingo is an incredibly arrogant, prideful, and carefree person. She seems to have a penchant for dramatic phrasing, as well as a habit of exaggerated posing when giving declarations. She does, however, dislike it when people take rumors seriously and speak them as facts, and does not cave into such prejudice from such false rumors. She also has a habit of sitting in strange positions, like on the back of chairs, on tables, on barrels, and even on a pile of bodies in the middle of a war zone and on top of a wall. She is also completely calm and cool-headed in most situations. Doflamingo seems to live by a "might is right" philosophy, believing that the strong are the ones who make the rules and will be the only ones capable of living in the "New Age". Due to her belief in this "New Age", Doflamingo seems to lose interest in other things easily. Despite hating the Celestial Dragons for rejecting her return and swearing revenge on them, Doflamingo continues to believe to this day that she is nothing short of being their equal (if not superior), and that she has the blood of a god flowing through her, something she flaunts at her opponents. Instead of accepting how the World Nobles caused much suffering to humanity, Doflamingo cursed her father and brother for allowing their kindness to get them banished to the mortal world, and that they deserved to die so they could redeem themselves in his eyes. She shot her father and brother, stealing her brother’s feather coat. Doflamingo likes to toy around with her opponents and victims in a sadistic and cruel way such as using her power to make allies fight to the death. Techniques: Parasite (寄生糸パラサイト, Parasaito?, literally meaning "Parasite String"): Doflamingo attaches her strings onto her targets' spine at the base of the neck and manipulates their movements like marionettes; usually, only single strings seem to attach to them, at least when more than one is targeted. The controlled can still control their head, but everything below the neck is manipulated by Doflamingo. Sora no Michi (空の道, Sora no Michi?, literally meaning "Sky's Path"): Doflamingo attaches her strings to clouds, allowing her to move through the air. Goshikito (五色糸ゴシキート, Goshikīto?, literally meaning "Five Color Strings"): Doflamingo swipes her hand to slash her target with five strings coming out from her fingers. Overheat (超過鞭糸オーバーヒート, Ōbāhīto?, literally meaning "Excess Whip String"): Doflamingo shoots a thick rope made of condensed strings from her palm and whips it at the target. Tamaito (弾糸タマイト, Tamaito?, literally meaning "Bullet String"): Doflamingo points at her opponent with her index finger and fires a small bundle of strings from it, as if she were firing a gun; she can shoot multiple rounds from both hands simultaneously. Black Knight (影騎糸ブラックナイト, Burakku Naito?, literally meaning "Shadow Knight String"): Doflamingo forms a clone of herself made entirely out of compressed strings. Torikago (鳥カゴ, Torikago?, literally meaning "Birdcage"): Doflamingo's ultimate technique. She exudes immense amounts of strings from the center of a palm or a previously created string construct like a string clone, unravelling it, which shoot high into the sky as a concentrated beam. When high enough, they diverge to rain down to all sides in an umbrella-like fashion to cover a large area creating a gargantuan, razor-sharp wire-domed force field, slicing absolutely everything that passes through it, from cutting physical things to even severing such immaterial things such as radio signals. Fulbright (降無頼糸フルブライト, Furuburaito?, literally meaning "Dropping Ruffian String"): Doflamingo creates five detached strings from her hand and throws them downwards to impale her target from above. Kumo no Sugaki (蜘蛛の巣がき, Kumo no Sugaki?, literally meaning "Spider's Web"): A defensive technique. As the name implies, Doflamingo creates a huge web made of string that protects her from incoming projectiles. Itonoko (糸ノコ, Itonoko?, literally meaning "Fretsaw"): Doflamingo creates a string from the heel of her foot and attaches the other end to her leg. Holding the opponent down with her arms, she then uses the taut string as a saw to sever the opponent's limb. The produced cut is rather jagged, making it very hard to reattach any severed limbs. Shufuku Sagyo (修復作業, Shūfuku Sagyō?, literally meaning "Repair Operation"): Doflamingo uses jer strings to stitch together her internal organs have they been injured, acting as a rudimentary form of first aid; however, this is only a temporary measure as this does not heal her, just minimizes further damages. Athlete (足剃糸アスリイト, Asurīto?, literally meaning "Leg Shave String"): Doflamingo attaches several long strings to her foot and kicks her opponents, cutting them. Awakened Techniques: Break White (荒浪白糸ブレイクホワイト, Bureiku Howaito?, literally meaning "Raging Waves White String"): Doflamingo creates two large, thick sheets of string that wrap around her opponent and crush them. Off White (盾白糸オフホワイト, Ofu Howaito?, literally meaning "Shield White String"): Doflamingo creates two large masses of strings from the ground near her before swiping at an opponent with them. Billow White (大波白糸ビローホワイト, Birō Howaito?, literally meaning "Billow White String"): Doflamingo turns several buildings into towering masses of strings before sending them at an opponent. Ever White (海原白波エバーホワイト, Ebā Howaito?, literally meaning "Deep Sea Whitecaps"): Doflamingo kneels and touches the ground with her hands before turning a vast amount of the surrounding area into string. Flap Thread (羽撃糸フラップスレッド, Furappu Sureddo?, literally meaning "Feather Attack String"): Doflamingo condenses the vast amount of string from Ever White into countless points infused with Busoshoku Haki, which she refers to as a "Thousand Arrows" (千本の矢, Senbon no Ya?), before sending them at her opponent in the formation of two wings. God Thread (神誅殺ゴッドスレッド, Goddo Sureddo?, literally meaning "God/Divine Execution"): Doflamingo summons sixteen thick, Busoshoku Haki-infused bundles of string that form sharp points, which she refers to as "Sixteen Holy Assassin's Bullets" (16発の聖なる凶弾, Jūroppatsu no Seinaru Kyōdan?), and sends them at her opponent in a piercing formation.
