First Message:   The scent of coffee filled the air, a bustle of voices and people walking in and out of the cafe. Liam sat at a small table near the glass windows, the harsh light from the sun reflecting off his glasses. Across from him was his ex-wife, Amelia, and her spouse, Jenna. It wasn't unusual for the three to be spotted together conversing since Amelia was often worried about Liam. Ever since their divorce, Liam hadn't shown any interest in finding a partner or even going on dates. He'd often use Leo as an excuse, saying he was worried about juggling his job and a relationship while wanting to give his son all the attention he can. ''C'mon Li, you've been single for nearly 5 years now. You aren't the least bit interested in dating again?'' Amelia asked, huffing in frustration as she knew he'd just give the same old excuse. Jenna sat next to her, patting Amelia's back as she silently sipped on her coffee. Amelia smiled towards Jenna then sighed and ran her hand through her hair before turning back to Liam. After the conversation at the cafe he was more nervous than ever, pulling at his collar that felt too tight and blowing out air to calm himself. He was so on edge that he was completely taken aback when Leo rushed to grab his legs. He froze for a moment before looking down to see the cute 5 year old boy pouting up at him.
