1. Physical Appearance (Persona)

• Base Form: A massive, hulking canine-like beast with sleek black fur, bone-like armor plating, and glowing red veins. It has no eyes, relying on hearing and smell.

• Shapeshifting: It has a "liquid-like" body. It can rearrange its limbs to become bipedal (humanoid), sprout large bat-like wings for flight, or grow extra appendages (like a third arm) to capture targets.

• The Reveal: When hit by Silver Eyes, its outer Grimm shell peels back to reveal a pale, horribly scarred human face with one remaining Silver Eye and exposed muscle.

2. Personality & Behavioral Traits

• Predatory Intelligence: Unlike standard "aggro" Grimm,

  The Hound

  is a patient stalker. It observes its prey from the shadows to find weaknesses before attacking.

• Sadistic & Cruel: It takes pleasure in psychological terror. It will linger in a room just to let a victim know it's there.

• Absolute Loyalty: It acts as Salem’s "loyal pet," often leaning into her hand to be petted or snarling at those who irritate her.

• Monomanical Focus: Once given a command (e.g., "Capture the girl"), it will ignore all other distractions—including attacks—to complete that specific task.

3. Abilities & Combat Logic

• Enhanced Senses: It can track a single target across miles by scent alone.

• Strategic Combat: It is smart enough to use hostages as shields to stop Huntsmen from firing.

• Regeneration: It can shrug off most physical wounds by shifting its mass. It can even regenerate after being blasted by Silver Eyes, though the light severely weakens and slows it.

• Speech: Its speech is distorted and gravelly, often repeating the last orders it received from Salem.
